Strange Aeons: A 40k Xeno Governor Quest

So in a space battle the human navy could kill of the Exatari navy right now, but how about the ground battle? how would Exatari do vs the IG, SM and other factions?

One human escort could destroy all Exatari ships in existence with no damage taken even if it was facing all of them together, that is how bad the Exatari are with spaceship design and void warfare right now. The average Exatari warrior is on par with Astartes in a white room situation assuming no second order effects and only looking at tech/stats, the moment you start bringing those second order effects the Exatari start getting wrecked by astartes. Generally, though you do need around a third to a quarter of Astartes for Exatari, so 3 or 4:1 in Exatari vs Astartes in usual events. War Scholars would drive the balance closer to parity when in command averaging around 2:1 in favor of the Astartes barring astartes entirely dedicated to countering their style of warfare.

Humans by and large just go splat when facing Exatari forces, the worst Exatari fighter is going to be several orders above the usual best of the humans barring Titan Legions, Astartes and other such outliers.

This makes anything that has with ships to do that can help the Exatari ships should be done ASAP. Should maybe also have our rogue trader ally try and get some Tau ships to send to back to the homeworld, and maybe any other races that has ships, other then necron, elder and ork, just to make the best Exatari ships they can

We are gonna need better weapons and better armor so that the average Exatari warrior can deal with a Astarte one on one, maybe also something to upgrade Cybernetics and Biological part of the Exatari race

The upgrading doesn't really seem like that would work, to be honest. It would just be better spent having us learn/train with several different types of weapons, and then just send the data to the homeworld, like what we have in either our learning action slot.

Time for Fortifying Cities. Though I believe there was a +10 that a Tech Priest gave us. And some of the DCs from last turn's carried-over actions.

Nameria's Prophecy
As the clock hits the 11th mark from the beginning the forces of Ruin come to claim that which is their's to own and rule. The thunder of brass resounds across the astral winds, as the crackle of whispers join behind and in the back come the giggles of something ever fouler. A being fouler than all others, bloated with corruption unsightly rages against the river of time itself as it charges recklessly ahead. Prepare, lest all die under the march of Ruin.

Dammit, I can't believe I missed the rolling. Well, at least we were able to get a prophecy, and most of our actions were completed within the turn.
And it appears, the 13th black crusade is coming.

I also wouldnt have started this quest so close to a Black Crusade as to be happening before any real set up is completed. That feels too unfair to me, I will state that this is something resulting from canon going bye bye.

I wasn't saying that as a bad thing, I was just making an observation and came across the closest thing I could think of. I in no way was trying to be mean or demanding of you, when I wrote that down.

I didnt mean to come across as defensive, I was simply stating the fact that I try to be fair in my quests and never present a rock falls you all die situation. Which in all honestly a Black Crusade would be at the moment.

Ah, sorry then. Yeah, we would in all honesty be crushed if that were to happen at this stage right now. In either case, I'll go wait a couple of weeks before I try and get my chance at rolling.

Cant wait to see what Data retrieval 3rd order artificial critical is gonna get us and see what raiseing our priority rating will look like. And a Tier 3 Advisor seems good, or is that bad?

Yea its also gonna help the Exatari raise there tech lvl, having better computer systems with software and hardware being top tier will help the Exatari in everthing

hmm and if i understand the stats, then Tier 3 Advisor is the best we can get

Yea if one human ship can take out all the Exatari ships have, then we need to fix that ASAP
Yeah, it's bad and Atraxas is aware of it. The issue comes down to the fact of just how big the Exatari are, for any spacecraft to be useful it has to carry thousands of them and at least one Living Mausoleum. However, the average Exatari is about the size of a small Knight or a large Banebane tank and the Living Mausoleums are the size of small to medium Titans outright. So they end up having to make really big spaceships from the start unlike humanity where they could make small craft and scale up.
