[X] Endeavour-type Nacelles. (Prototype)
While the experimental nacelles certainly sound attractive, you can't ignore that the flaws still haven't been proven solved on the last generation of nacelles, let alone the next. The Endeavour had undeniably fantastic cruise performance, and while pushing the envelope even further is an attractive thought the risks are substantial on a vessel of the Sovereign's size. Hopefully the maximum warp coil issue is fixed for good. These nacelles are going to be taking the concept a little further than the Endeavour in terms of sheer length, after all.
Finally, you are left with the impulse engine. Given that this will be moving the entire ship, you have two options: the first is the Galaxy-class Type-9, a hefty piece of equipment that can comfortably shift five million metric tons. But technology has marched on, and it may be possible to enhance the existing design to generate more thrust with linear accelerator coils and a Type-10 impulse reactor. It's not proven technology by any means, more of a intercompatibility effort to meld together two engines, but at least both sources are known to perform adequately.

But seriously @Sayle it'd probably be a good idea to officially close the vote whenever you do decide it's over, specifically to avoid outcomes like this and the potentially immense salt this can generate. People feeling like the winning vote was arbitrarily decided to lose has generated a lot of uproar before, so just a quick "Votes over" is very worth it.
Variable Nacelles won the last vote.

The vote basically closes when I start drawing. This is the first time it's changed between that and posting.
Then you should a announce the close of voting as I suggested you do during the last few close votes, you utter numpty. 😛
Seriously, when it's a landslide that's one thing but this is just asking for trouble. And given the amount of time investment I know you put into the art, it's also time-consuming to go back and course-correct.
What if the vote had swung by ten or fifteen votes? What would you have done then? It's insane to put yourself in that position!
