This feels... kinda lackluster, for the 118 roll. Maybe if you gave each jutsu a skill level to go with it? There is, after all, a difference between being able to do a jutsu competently, and being a master of it. EVERYONE can do the Shunshin for example, but Shisui practiced and perfected it beyond anyone else, to the point of being called Shunshin no Shisui. Without a skill level attached, it just sounds like we're only good enough to graduate, unlike the Jounin/Chunin level stuff we got elsewhere.

To be fair to them, they probably aren't trying ESPECIALLY hard, it's only a bunch of 4/5 year old brats here after all, and how perceptive could THEY be?

Question, can we choose to sit next to Itachi, but still go say "hi" to the ANBU agent? Cause I WOULD like for us to go talk to him, even though I don't want us to decide to sit there.

They are the three most basic Jutsu's. I have added a lot more jutsu's to the listthat can make up that, along with... lots of jutsu creation ideas that you can fiddle around with.

They are the three most basic jutsu, but they are also among the three most powerful jutsu in the setting if used with a lick of sense. You've got non-dispel-able visual illusions, shape-shifting, and teleportation.

... I'm going to be honest, I really did not plan for skill levels, only knowladge of jutsu's, number of jutsu, along with writein stratagies that can allow you to use said jutsu's to the fullest.

So we can assume we're skilled enough with the jutsu to do most anything we'd wana write-in? Because, as mentioned, skill IS important to factor when considering how we use it in combat.

You know, if it wasn't for Brotachi I would have choosen this guy. Ambu really needs to step up their game, otherwise thei'll be as useless a kunai in the anime. Just...there to be thrown around...unless you're Madara.
