Maybe found a unit meant to salvage people like Kakashi and his Father since we seem unusually good at it. Get rotating members-at-risk assigned to our future squad so we can work our magic while keeping them in service. Basically become a Tsunade of the Mind...maybe actually help Tsunade while we're at it come to think of it.

The girl's been imprisoned in solitary confinement for the last handful of centuries (if not more) so it's entirely justified how she appears more than a little unhinged in canon: she's just completely and utterly thirsty!!!

Sets a precedence to give control to the robot whenever things go bad. I mean kakashi wasn't gonna die for a long time. I also feel like it takes away the chances of losing when you can always rely on the OP robot. And with the robots rule of disabling the arms whenever we do anything suicidal(fighting enemy ninja) we'll be forced to give control to the robot either way.
I don't think it's a bad idea to learn from the robot, or even it helping you with an action, but for the robot to control everything is just pretty boring in my opinion.

You should probably read the comments around that choice.
"Kakashi was going to die, here is proof" got used for why control to Atlas needed to be given to the medical expert (Kakashi got a bad enough survival roll that Atlas's control was needed).
With some voiced opinions of "we will train after this event [unpredicted hiatus is held immediately after the event]", to help prevent the AI from controlling Shiro.

The Branch Family gathered at the head house, with weapons, and their list of demands. Every ninja and guard and civilian alive that felt they had grievances against the main house came… the entire Branch family sans you, and a few others who knew the truth about the Free Bird Seal, and Hiashi's plan to replace the Caged Bird seal.
But it was almost too late to get there before something brutal happened.
"Hiashi! You will listen to our demands!" The ring leader shouted as your uncle tried to reason with them.
"I have solutions for your problem Miya!" He replied, trying to make the crowd calm itself. "Just let me explain!"
"So you can use the seal to make us subservient to you! Doubtful." She stated.
You pushed your way forward to the front. "Let him explain!" Your voice somehow made the Branch members look down upon you, with confusion and… indifference.
You expected that.
After all, why should they listen to you, the crippled boy they thought nothing of until he gained the use of his arms. A boy who should by all means be lower than the low.
Yet here you were, standing in front of them all.
"Tell me Miya?" you paused to make sure everyone was looking at her, and you. "Why should your demands be met, when you come here with weapons and ill intent?" You asked. "Why should our family fight one anotherm when we've lost so much?"
"We have suffered for decades, centuries of the Main Branch's cruel roll!" Miya stated.
"I have every right to bring grievances against all of you." you stated. "For years, until I gained the use of my arms again, I was mistreated by all of you, seen as nothing more than a burden on the clan… yet I did not, because you all did not believe any of the words, and I knew your words came from a notion of pity and utilitarianism."
The mob was stunned to silence before you continued.
"So you come to our home, of the only man who has tried his best to heal the divide from the past, even going so far as to risk his life for this!" You removed your headband and showed the Free Bird Seal. "To create a seal that was made to protect us all from having our eyes removed by bloodline thieves, to protect us, by not making one house greater than the other, but by making them both equal."
Everyone looked at you. "Uncle… Attempt to enforce your will upon me."
Your uncle nodded, and he made a seal.
And nothing happened.
"See… He is willing to make this clan a family again… and you would continue this pointless endeavor of clan interwarefare." You stated. "Go home… and thank the gods that he cares and loves you all of us to defy tradition, when it would be easier to control everyone."
The Branch members seemed distrustful, but the demonstration was enough to persuade them of not having fears.

But Lord Hokage's speech, primarily for the adults who were allowing their children to come to this place, made everything… feel well.

The task before them is a long journey, of study, of growth, and certainly of rivalry and companionship. They will learn what it means to truly have the Will of Fire… and hopefully, these lessons in these hallowed halls will help them, in their journey through life."
