tri cores are behind Starlines personal actions and have nothing to do with the Warp Topaz.

well, based on Shadows sheet he has +65 to his combat rolls, and Metal is already up to +50 pretty regularly. so we're actually not that far off.

Someone have written a omake and one of the rewards was between open a personal to speak with Sage or ask Vanilla for advice.

That's not what I was trying to say. Eggman does not care about the Pronghorns. Every hero unit we have, except two or three, are expendable to Eggman. Eggman cares about Sage and Belle unlike what he thinks about everyone else. Them bringing up their concerns will have much more weight compared to whatever else we could do. Additionally, Eggman knows that Sage is loyal to him, so he will trust her input more than he would Belle's.

Well, it depends on what you mean by play date, Metal Sonic can only scan people while in combat. :V

I doubt anyone but Starline will be able to study the to warp topaz. Unless we get rid of him anyways.

While this is true....I get the feeling that Eggman DOES care about Metal Sonic too. Everyone OUTSIDE of that group? Perhaps over time, while Eggman MIGHT see them as expendable, he'll at least be reluctant to do so (sinking a lot of investment into organic operatives could cause on to become reluctant to lose said investment).

Anyway....if this adventure to retrieve Maria plays out just right....we might just get Goji's territory under our influence....depending on the actions taken....

Still does not explain why scanning a Chao would allow Metal to go Neo immediately. I mean just because Chaos is a mutant Chao does not mean a normal one would allow Metal to go Neo.

It's the same thing say just because Sonic is a hedgehog does mean that Metal scanning any other hedgehog character would grant him Sonic abilities.

Actually it may even be more dangerous to not have Starline around when study the Warp Topaz. Ego aside, there's a reason why the guy is reluctant to let anyone use it besides himself.

That thing is extremely unstable and anything above the safe limit put reality in serious danger. He is the world expert on the Warp Topaz by lack of candidate.

The fact Starline manage to even achieve some use it to it while lacking all the wealth and resources from Dr. Eggman is impressive of it's own right.

He probably does, but to a lesser degree, and Metal's still running on a Heart score of No. I don't think Metal is capable of really doing that kind of research or expressing concern in a way that Eggman will be receptive to. Not to an indirect, non-physical threat like this.

I don't think we're toppling a King in a single adventure. We can maybe set up connections to resistance in his territory, weaken him for neighboring Kings to pick away at, etc. We already took out at least part of his anti-air defenses, for example. But I don't think we're in any position to actually take over.

Eggman is not even subtely abouth that, he refers to Metal Sonic as "my boy" when he repair him and call him his greatest creation.

If anything Eggman cares more about Metal Sonic than Belle, wich he is a little in negation about.

Kings are extremely hard to get rid off and even if we do manage to topple a King, it's more likely a Prince will take his place than anything else.

Mostly due to ancient bio-data thanks to the later revelations on frontiers.

Chaos is not a mutant Chao, but a still surviving ancient that has gone under mutations.

Chao's are the mutants as they are the descendants and what became of the ancients at the end.

Of course I said this before, but this is a double piece jigsaw.

The data of the ancients is one thing, but the data of Chaos in general is where that other half is stuck and at the moment we either try to get the real deal.

Or we need to go hunt out for certain frog who still has Chaos data to this day.

Neo Metal Sonic is just Metal Sonic powered up by a chaos emerald, and Chaos had the power to eat the chaos emerald to empower himself, so
if Metal scan the biodata of Chaos he would get the ability to empower himself with our chaos emerald and become Neo Metal Sonic.

For more detail, Chaos was capable of transforming like that due to the master emerald empowering him, causing him to mutate, but the ability
to absorb chaos energy is not exclusive to him, is just a trait from the Chao that got amplified, in the games the Chao can absorb traits from
animals (the chaos gardens) and energy from the chaos drives to transform, or as Chaos demonstrated the master emerald.

thats kind of how the empire got the chaos emerald they had before hand, because metal lost to shadow when he was about to win against selvaria...and then he got driven off.

Actually we don't know if Neo was winning against Selvaria, it's just that she was a match for him and during the battle the Black Arms did a surprise attack and Shadow attack Neo and Selvaria give the death blow when the machine was distracted, something that bother to this day.

Do remember that Selavaria hit the same wavelength with Shadow and Neo.

Oh so that's why we need the Chao!

...Come to think of it if we actually manage to set up a playdate with Cream and our children, then Metal will almost certianly get into a fight with the robots.

Actually no Neo did have an advantage over Selvaria...Shadow just ruined it.
