I mean, there hasn't been anything for us to have inspiration to make the metal virus or any need to so I think mostly a lack of inspiration and desire is currently stopping us from making the virus

Yeah the Metal virus is nanotechnology, which means Nicole can probably use them as well.

Like most of the bosses would be organic like the Magician.
But then you have things like The Emperor which is closer to Chaos body phisiology.
We also have curien itself, or more correctly the wheel of fortune, iirc it is more machine than man at this point.
We also have outside treats, The Metarex technically shouldn't be affected as long as they wear their mechanical armors.
