So the Kuyo fight (and we better kill him since he's sure as hell not going to stop and he's just the sort of dick that'd attack us or our loved ones whenever it's least convenient) is happening soon.

Well, you need either caught him off-guard, forsaking any pretense of 'chivalry' or 'fair fight' to basically, say, drop a road roller on him (and several others, military ordinance included, just for good measure) or you start looking for another heavyweight in your favor.

You bloodthirsty, banana-crazed maniacs! Jotaro doesn't kill anyone who A) Isn't named DIO, B) Doesn't mess up his hat or C) Doesn't attempts to kill his daughter Jolyne.

Since Jolyne isn't born yet, then Jotaro will only kill DIO and anyone who destroys his hat. other than that, he doesn't kill. Plus, we don't have 5 seconds time stop yet, so we can't use Road Rolla Da, which takes 7 seconds to even bring the road roller and 8 seconds to fully complete. Therefore, Jotaro can only use pistols, spears and knives to overkill a target in case he doesn't get knife PTSD. And that includes long rage timestop. He can also probably slice people in half like Diavolo and [King Crimson] or doughnut a person with ease, since he performed an "ORA Doughnut Barrage" on DIO, as well as remove the entire upper half of his head with barely any effort.

However, all of this is for a bloodlusted Jotaro, which never happens since he doesn't believe in killing an opponent.

Question: How we can put a Fear of JoJo into Kuyou and all his cronies without killing or permanently maiming anyone? That's the crux.

Think this was discussed in the past when discussing how to kill Kuyo, I'd recommend you check on that.

But this Jotaro is different - can you honestly tell me he wouldn't kill someone who threatened, say, Mizore?
Kuyo has taken a place much like Dio in canon, in that he's in charge of a group that will ultimately plan to kill people he cares about.

Hmmmm........ that is a very good point. But if we're going to make this Jotaro more willing to kill his opponents, then I'm more afraid for his enemies than anything else (Except Kuyo, DIO and Fairy Tale commanders. Not Aluka and Aqua, but I mean their mother the jealous vampire, Raiko the Raijin, Alucard and so on, fuck those guys. Still love DIO though, but he has done too much to both Jonathan and Jotaro, thus he is irredeemable.)
 
Did we kill that guy? I forgot. All I remember is [Star Platinum] awakening, the rest didn't matter.

We don't really need The World for that, Star Platinum raw physical abilities are the thing of nightmares. There's a very good reason that Araki once called Star Platinum the strongest stand in the original universe. Hell, a weakened version of it almost managed to beat out [Made In Heaven] for gods sake, the only reason it didn't is because Jotaro chose his daughter over the world.
