You know about Ibis' old lab. The Apiary Jr. is an old bank vault, so probably not?@Bitterman, what is going to be are OID base? Because I can think of two different places:
- Ibis's Old Lab
- The Apiary Jr.

Cool! Also honestly Scarlet Maturity might be doing the world a favor when he goes to kill the Leviathan, that thing's spooky. So, here's a little side project I've been commissioning: Issue covers! I'll put this in the threadmarks proper when I post the next update:

Sorry, I don't remember who that is at all!Eh, it's not a mystery. It's in the section I split. It's a younger Goethe.
Nah, this one is going to stick, I think. I've been waiting for it to be finished since I saw the WIP!Also another pfp change Bitterman?! I would not be surprised if one day you figure out how to get a GIF on there and jumpscare us all with your newest pfp.
Check Fill-In Issue #2: PREVAIL!
So, here's a little side project I've been commissioning: Issue covers!
I genuinely have no idea where that came from hahaha
Someone called "Gertrude Goethe" replacing a guy who went by "Faust"? It triggered suspicion amongst certain people:
There is no fucking way that woman isn't Faust, under the effects of a fleshwarper or illusionist or something. One of the Limbus Company Sinners is also a Faust. I do my goddamn research on literary references. In the book/play, Faust' love interest is named Gertrude and it was written by a Goethe.
Personally, I never bought that theory, though I did generally agree with Kermie's take on it:There's this gifset from the 60s Batman TV show where Batman is asking someone if they've sold any spare submarines, and the guy looks it up and one was bought by a P. N. Guin, and then Batman goes "THE PENGUIN!"
"Gertrude von Goethe" is only marginally less on the nose than that.
It's just I've long assumed Goethe's the "funny hat".-Gertrude Von Goethe. Acting CEO of Powers. Almost certainly Christopher Mason/Faust in a funny hat trying to lay low.
...what.Nah, this one is going to stick, I think. I've been waiting for it to be finished since I saw the WIP!
I like how vulnerable LL looks here. A good mood-setter for her first proper appearance back in Issue #0, when she was talking to her empty room. So, here's a little side project I've been commissioning: Issue covers! I'll put this in the threadmarks proper when I post the next update:

Quite a difference from her normal character portrait and shining confidence.
While I agree, the biggest issue is that all I can see looking at is "Huh, Obito/Tobi"....what.
why do you hate us so much, that you would take Leizi away from us forever?
She'll be back one day!I've obviously played up my love of Bitterman's old avatar in previous posts because doing so is funny, but I'm going full honesty here:
My experience catching up with the thread when I first found it was significantly improved by having Leizi's confident face on screen the whole time, to the extent that as he's been cycling through profile pics recently, there were multiple times where i considered rereading a chapter, only to decide to put it off until Bitterman changes back, so that I'll get the full experience.
While I kept that theory in mind for future possibilities, I always bought the other theory more that Goethe was just Faust's associate/subordinate or that she was Star or any of the other Philosophers we haven't seen yet. Of course, considering she was around since Rosemary's flashback and Scarlet Maturity has commented that Star and Fish was newly inducted, it's probably not either of those two (then again, this is from someone who's operating on limited knowledge and not in their inner circle so who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)
I mean, if you want you can set the story cover to be different than your profile picture. Up to you ultimately.
That is your first look at the glorious The Dr. Mammoth Ibis! Also @Bitterman is the old man holding what seems to be goldnine on the art cover Dr. Ibis?
We do need the incentive covers!!!I mean, if you want you can set the story cover to be different than your profile picture. Up to you ultimately.
Also, I was sketching ideas for cover issues too! Mine will just have to be variant covers![]()
Looking better than I expected. At least I have a face I can peg in my mind now instead of this imagined white-haired disheveled wild-eyed looking old man I make up in my head.
