Any chance she know a good special effects makeup artist somewhere. Anybody. Anything.
I'm not sure how you have a network and that good an Espionage score without either knowing someone or being good at it yourself. I'm guessing it needs a bit more than Wig Dress Accent though.

On the other hand, looking exactly like herself with a couple of costume shop price tags attached...

That's why I ask for a special effects makeup artist. Just a wig is not gonna cut it. We need more props to chance LL face, so people won't know is her.
Generally I frown on trying to defeat the hypothetical in a quest's premise.
I feel like I wanna confirm something

@Bitterman is Reality Check the mission where we attempt to expose Socialite Butterfly to the public at large, or is it another mission entirely?
Different thing!

Alright, the fact that Bitterman answered before that Reality Check might be 1 or 2 AP instead of it being an automatic slot for 2 makes me think of what the potential contents of RC is. And since it's not directly about a mission of exposing Socialite Butterfly, it would have to be about Yara.

Since Hero Worship is about rescuing Yara from not just from Socialite Butterfly, but with her dad Jair in general (which was what Yazmin originally pitched for Hero Worship), the only thing I can think of atm for Reality Check is confronting Jair and taking control of her stocks. The reason why it might become urgent is due to Jair responding to Yara's rebellion and having insurance to make sure JU doesn't get money. Considering Stockpile already seem to know about how much stock Yara now has, Jair likely knows about it too.

Other civilian ID compromisers:
Black Swan: as seen in the latest update, forgets shes not supposed to fly.

Handyman: a consumate proffesional, but his commitment to doing bits may someday get away from him

Menagerie Witch: nothing immediately obvious, but there simply aren't that many people who have a cat, dog, snake, raven, and tarantula. One look at her photo album gives the game away.

Valiant Gold: Again nothing visual, she's just very intense. But if you ask her straight, up she's not a good enough liar to deflect.

Doctor Silver: "Why is this nerd so buff? Is he a fucking superhero?" Is a question probably that got asked before he had powers.

Châtelet: I think Quatre Saisons had public identities? If not, the timing of her gender speedrun, at a time when Mendicant's super HRT was probably in limited supply could tip off someone.

My guess 2 AP if Butterfly captures or touches Yara and we have to rescue her or discredit a clone, 1 if we get her away clean.

It will probably also depend on whether SB can clone Yara and thus try to claim that 11% of Osanyin's stocks. That'd be a pretty good reason for the mission's title to be Reality Check, confusion over which one is 'real' - although of course it could also be named that for other reasons.

The mission I'm talking about has a Hot Young Girls Only limit to the area we're trying to go to (Lethal Anodyne's chambers?) So that means it's just Samsara, Valiant Gold, Black Swan, and Handyman in disguise. Maddie's too young, Leizi and Opale are too old, and John's the wrong gender.

...I was rereading the bit on how similar but different Yara and Yazmin were, and Yazmin's swimmer background was mentioned-was that something Jair orchestrated for her, when he had control over her, or did she choose swimming of her own accord?

(her doing that almost certainly led to her discovering her hydrokinesis, I'm certain. Did she get disqualified once it came out in the same vein as Lightstep's boxing?)

It depends on a lot. Also, the 1 AP version is the harder version, oddly enough.
Any chance we can know the AP cost of the magical girl followup mission? And I'm assuming yes since its now a New Dawn mission + the Monarch connection, but if we complete the mission would it be treated as us publicly attacking Monarch in a similar way that Shroud or Third Person would be?

Makes sense. I assume it's some kind of blitz run where we go fast (hence less AP), but in exchange have to bowl over obstacles we could normally work around, bypass, or evade.
But think about the AP economy! The action economy would be booming!

Sure there might be a few casualties, but we think about the time saved!

Speaking of things that have yet to happen, here's a question I kept forgetting to ask: was meeting with Scarlet Maturity at the memorial just set-up to the How About Them Yankees scene? Or was his presence there the actual How About Them Yankees scene, with the reward being the luck check where he stopped hostilities by merely showing up?
