How mad would nova light be about unlimited justice basically being the last true heroic team and or how made world she be about mona is her but better

Man intentionally or not we really did make Novalight a foil for both Mona and Noelle.

Mona due to similar powersets and how they would take leadership. Difference is Mona is being groomed for it while Yelena basically had no choice but to take it couldnt let go of leadership and give to someone more capable.

Noelle due to how a persons issues could slowly corrupt someone and destroy their own virtues turning even a Hero into a Monster.

How Cinema and cant wait for Mona and Noelle going on that Dream journey about Noavalight

That means they sometimes bug Ronin about movies or TV shows! They can watch with subtitles on!

True, but Novalight would be responsible for Heavenly Astrologian, one of the top five heroes being underpaid. Wolong's comments suggest that Novalight had the final say on where New Dawn's money went, which would include wages. Ergo, Novalight probably paid Heavenly Astrologian less than she deserved as a petty means to put HA "in her place".

Getting paid better means Heavenly Astrologian would not have felt that the need to work absurd work hours as much as she did. (Absurd work hours would still happen. Being hero is an emergency service job.) This would have let her spend more time with her daughter, which is among the bigger reasons she had self-worth issues.

I was under the impression that, while Noelle was upset about her mom's self-worth issues, her bigger gripe about hero work is that it kept her from spending time and being happy with the only direct family member she had.

Yes and no. Remember Ellie was a child. She didn't understand why her mom just didn't get a different job; her mom felt her powers—and the earning potential—where the only thing keeping the family together. Yu Han stopped thinking of herself as a persona side from
Ellie's mom and HA, and you can't live like that. Ellie wanted her to take time to herself before she completely imploded.

The issues were related, but not solely caused by one or another.

When Counterstrike takes Injury levels from a source involving physical force enacted against him (physically struck, telekinesis, etc), he gains charges equal to the number of Injury levels that he can then expend for +2 to a HIT check. (if he took two Injury levels, he would gain two charges that he could spend simultaneously for +4, or spend one and save one for later. Three Injury levels would be three charges)

This is deeply tragic. Did someone, anyone try to step in to help her (Even if she blew it off)? Or was the workplace environment inherently not great then Novalight became harsher and made it even worse?
 
Now that we have the deal with White Tiger, and thus would have reason to know (so we can plan for when our raid on Yellow Qirin happens) is her power as simple as "I place cards that I use as links to warp objects, including myself or my bullets" or is there more to it?

What are Vermillion Bird and Azure Dragon's powers?
 
Is Noelle's interest in Nora and John's work (notepad during the Ambrosia administration, talking about shield generators) broad, genuine intellectual interest, or hoping it might be useful in curing the girls, or something in the middle?

How complete were Nora's notes on Project Prometheus, percentage-wise, before Ibis put the finishing touches on it?

Maybe 85%? Theory was all there, but not putting it into action.
