Didn't someone say a while back that Algernon-types can't have other powers? Or am I mixing things up?

Yeah, this doesn't explicitly says we can't get Algernon-types from synergies, but makes it very unlikely at the very least.

Is Eve an aristotelian-god-like split personality of the Interlocutor and the Movement happened to strengthen him or let him figure out she even exists? It even works with the name of the first woman, where the Interlocutor would supposedly be Adam, with Eve being born of a part of him.

Its possible at least. A lot of self enhancement, enhanced speed, enhanced strength, and enhanced senses are tied to powers with transformation as is.
 
Lantern's spying is psychic in nature, while Eve/Moon River was a technopath who was disconnected from her body when her powers awoke.

...given that Eve probably knew her birth name, it is a little surprising that she wasn't able to find the hospital closest to where she grew up and find the medical records for her comatose body. Unless someone killed her body and her mind/soul are completely inside the internet.

But I wouldn't be surprised if her powers unlocking somehow gave her amnesia.

That's just what's alleged. It would not actually surprise me if her tecnopathy is a psychic power or a reflection of this "Adam". One accesses biological minds, the other mechanical minds.

And in the end of the first season Mona meets a nice girl and finally kisses her, fanning the flames of the war, showing the faces of new students coming to the school and a sneak peek of a rival school covered in shadows.... and the Scarlet Maturity comes into frame saying they will destroy their rivals.

Also ten bucks it would end up as war of who will keep monas heart.... but they make the dinamics between the 3 so interesting people people remember Mona has 2 hands!

The funniest possible thing would be either:

a. SM having repeated two years and being way better at football just because of that.
or b. SM genuinely being a very well rounded student who just occasionally likes the sensation of people screaming as he tackles them.
