Unless Faust is female, there's likely more than 1 empowerer in our midst, maybe more! After all, [Ally Empowerment] has atleast 3 dead users and 3 living ones(2 in GL, 1 in QS) so it's definitely not EXCEEDingly rare
 
That's the real problem. We don't know if what happened to Earthen Owl is the same thing that happened to Petit Prince. We don't know if it's a metahuman with enhancement capabilities, a designer drug with refined Goldnine inside, a Powers experiment, or what.
 
I think Autonomous Creature Creation is made from [Construct Creation], [Ally Empowerment], and [Elemental Manipulation]. Constructs are obvious: every power with that tag has a minion making element¹. And nearly every one of THOSE is paired with Elemental Manipulation.

Nephthys and Dragonsteeth both break this pattern, and suffer for it. Nephthys, notably, has to repurpose corpses instead of creating minions wholesale like Madeline or anyone else can. Dragonsteeth can make minions but has a limited pool of power. And how does she make them? By seeding her energy into the [Earth].

Ally Empowerment's involvement is insultingly obvious so im only putting it here to make this post look better. Lol

Or she could have steel-toed shoes with a conductive mesh around the foot

Edit: actually, if we make the whole bottom of the foot conductive then she can do things like pushing off of someone to do a flip. IDK if that's more or less practical than kicking a bitch tho

Edit 2: SAP GLOVES. It's a weighted glove that fills the role of a brass knuckle but easier on the hands!

This is very much a minor concern, but would anyone object to our E-B user being "Valiant White" or "Valiant Gold"?
 
Valiant Gold Works since theyre basically the successor of Nora in wielding the most Powerful weapon in existance even if they dont have Nora's Algernon power.

That said it does mean VG can train themself up HIt skills instead of just relying on the Armor. Nora having only 1 hit is understandable since they were grinding Operation to 10 along with spending time on inventions but E-B user should have atleast a strong foundation in combat skills. 5 Hit is minimum though hopefully tehy can reach higher.

On another note, "Grand Theft Person" being Third Person, that would probably mean "Long Shadows of The Night" is Shroud, leaving "Air In The Valley" as Abarimon. So with our picks, we have the mission where Rhys will be in his element, dealing with a superpowered serial killer, and then Third Person, who our leads on are "keep Mona away because her psychic vulnerability is a liability here", "Nora's lab might have a helmet that can block it or something" and "Maddie's constructs would be able to bypass the control".
 
Hmm yeah honestly taking on Both3rd Person and Sheoud next turn works. Its just that if take Puella and Hero Worship as well thad be 4 combat missions that risk injury.

A good way to show we take our Commitments to ND seriosly though ease up and hastening the merge.

Edit: We can go for shroud first, then once we get Equipement from Nora we take care of 3rd person at t4
