We've still got the council to ask things for. Plus unlike most colonies we have a very good income that's about to expand rapidly.
Well, I expect our population to start jumping up pretty significantly once this gets out there. I can only imagine our economy on the civilian side is going to get pretty darn strong here soon. Especially if we continue to invest. People are going to be coming from near and far to get in on this.

It's going to be far too expensive but the Hierarchy is going to have to increase the amount of dreadnoughts we have in service. Just to counter the amount they have and increase the safety margin."

Tevos 'Perhaps we can bring the Alliance in to help counter them they do have the closest assets to the area. And Perkwunos is just two relays away so forces can get there rapidly if needed."
Sparatus "An idea. I must admit they have been doing well and they have rapidly destroyed that terrorist organization of theirs once they were able to find them. Though we would have to tell the Systems Alliance leadership before things end off. Posting several fleets on watch duty would need extensive basing though. Perkwunos has the largest friendly shipyard in the area, though it's not large enough to handle the dreadnoughts.
Sonmorni "That matter will be taking care of. The shipyards there are continuing to expand and are expected to be able to produce cruisers and all their parts for their navy at the end of the year. Indeed the governor has orders to continue to expand the shipyards and orbital industry their till they are able to produce Dreadnoughts for the alliance. Apparently Perkwunos and Cavernmouth underground railroad are connected. And to make sure that the freed slaves had proper background information the Head of SAI demanded that level of construction in return."
Tevos "Considering how closely the Hegemony is coming to collapse perhaps we should give the Alliance some background support. Or perhaps backchannel approval to accelerate it. The collapse of the Hegemony would be enough to station a few fleets in the Traverse without complaining and Perkwunos is far enough it will seem like we are nott crowding the Alliance even if our ships have a longer distance to cover."
Sparatus "Hmmm looks like the Alliance Prime Minister is on the line with Maximum Priority and Urgent codes. So who is going to bet on what it's about. I'll put my credit's on Perkwunos gIven how things have happened in that system the past few years."
Tevos 'Eye rolling' "I'll take something about the Batarians. Either a raid or attack on a Colony."
Sonmorni "In that case I'll take an internal matter. Some resurgence of Cerberus or another ship plan being stolen."

Gotta remember how Turians view competence . And the SA has been very competent the past years so he sees them in a better light. The carrier plans are negated by the Turians stealth mishap.

A/N: I do apologize for the delay of these last two updates we are having car trouble at this time and have already had to replace a battery and are going to have to replace a fuel line as well. In addition it's possible were going to have to replace a starter or alternator as well. Also I myself have had a bit of time trying to get through a mind block on writing.
After about 15 minutes the Citadel Council shows up on a screen and after seeing you for some reason the Turian councilor gives a laugh while the Asari and Salarian councilors tap into their omni-tools.
Sparatus "So what has happened on Perkwunos that requires this amount of urgency?"
Raynor "A new strategic ezzo find Councillor one at minimum the size of half a relay on the most conservative estimates. On moderate estimates it is the size of a relay. And in the most regularly optimistic estimates it is the size of a relay and a half. And based on samples taken from all over it's of 99 percent purity.
It is slightly amusing to see all three councillors jaw drop completely.
Sonmorni "You said regularly optimistic. I take it there are more extreme though unlikely estimates?"
Raynor "Yes Councillor the most optimistic ones are that the node is possibly the size of the Citadel or Omega. Though personally I think that is very unlikely."

First thing is advise from the Asari on training all the biotic kids running around. Medical support for dealing with all this eezo. Then some engineers to upgrade our space defenses, star port, and ship yard to council levels(I'm assuming that we are below it because of how little time has passed since first contact)
Maybe a joint training program on the planet for all species in the council, to promote unity and for us to have an elite back up force when we are attacked again.

Lastly help building more fuel stations in space to supply all the ships.

You can buy a space station or build one ala Arcturus or bigger even reaching Nexus size IF you want or both you can also ask for help to build or have one brought over and built.

Incidentally yes depending on what you choose it can be extremely expensive and take time to build but you are now considered a Strategic Asset to both the Citadel and Alliance so it wont be too much of a raised eyebrow. Most will be thinking that your planning for the Long Term. between military basing civilian basing and the Eezo rush going on there though Eldfell-Ashland Energy Is going to be very cross with you since you just cratered the profits of their Caleston facility even more.
