Due to unfortunate circumstances you've had to make a deal with SAI to get the railroad off the ground. You are now expected to expand your space capacity at least once per turn until you get the ability to produce dreadnaught sized vessels

so your going to have to adjust your plans.

Note that I swapped storage crate licence to shipyard expansion. The hope is 3000 credit increase will be offset by ship repair & maintenance business. Also due to mandate.

Sooooooo what does people think? Spend 2500 and dip a tiny bit into treasury this turn? 3 ships now & later upgrades are cheaper than 2 new ships later.

Lets just say there will be a Full Alliance fleet and Full Council fleet permanently stationed in system. And several people will be cursing about the systems location.

-[X] Create Infrastructure: The lifeblood of any nation. While you are confident that barring a massive battle what you have won't decay, you need to invest to improve what is there (potential decrease due to sudden expansion). -1500 credits.

Get the ships up to date to buff the fleet and get some more defense stations. Increase shipyard capacity/capability to support a larger fleet (helium extraction should also be put higher up on the list). Make sure that our voice is well represented in both political bodies that matter. Yes it sucks to eat up two actions that way but this is big and we want as much influence over the decision making process as we can. We are getting a miniturn type deal to handle that. Finally police over military, we need to sweep out internal threats and keep them out and so far our police force has been pulling double duty as counterintelligence. We are going to be getting a lot of people moving in and will be needing to be spending a lot, so infrastructure and decreasing maintenance will be very useful.

EDIT: This uses most of our savings but our maintenance will be decreasing and with the shipyard upgrade we can start getting orders for ships providing a significant boost to how much that brings in. In addition, while it isn't necessary this turn, going into debt to finance the next couple of turns might be a good idea.

Whelp, we just got bumped up in priority protection targets by all governments involved... and priority target by everyone else. Fun times are ahead.

also forget all industry plans, work on infrastructures, we are about to get a lot of immigrant workers, security will be handled by the government. main expot will be eezo. we can supply repair and fuel for fleet and entertainment for people on leave.
