What is extend of "ownership" of our colony? I don't remember if we own the planet and orbital or the whole local system.

Its customary that whoever first colonize at least one planet in a star systems owns it in totality, othervise someone could just for example colonise a non inhabitated planet in Thessia system and demand control of half of it.

So we have rights to the whole system.

Pretty much what Dahak says. though the planet by Star Trek classifications is a Class L planet. Breathable atmosphere a little life of the plant variety, but it's not a garden world.

We can use it in future, Perkwunos will be mostly focused on maining, industry, RxD and production. If we don't want to constantly create Hydroponics we need to grow food in other places.

Like this planet.

Yes but it's a bland planet no constant lightning storms to possibly interfere with your research no eezo problems, no wildlife of plant or animal variety attacks so it's safe.

I'm Back.
AN: I do apologize for the long absence. Things were going well at first with Silver finally getting some back pay and with us being able to pay down our CC debt of my medical bills and the car. And even splurging to get a tablet for silver so he could get his quest back on the road and type it up since I tend to hog the computer. And then I end up back in the hospital again for over a week and finally got back yesterday. I already have some of the post done so it should be back out today some time.

Okay, so just to be sure but 3 plans basically ended up being discussed? And the two 'not really that much we want, but it tends to be species locked some of the things' failed despite the odds being drastically against it? By which I mean a roll of 1 and 5 vs effective DCs of 1 and 10...

Whereas the 'Okay fine, you've said the limited plans can be done. Here's the dream wish list. Can that be done' got a roll of 100 with a +35 modifier?

Can I suggest that you have the Councilors actually really, really annoyed at their inability to meet the previous plans? Perhaps it's something like they were all about to agree to it, but then they looked more into just what would be needed and it basically came back 'You wanted Asari to train the new biotics? Well... It turns out that despite being the Councilor of that species, no one actually wants to take up the task that has the personnel to do it. And the smaller groups can't be put together to cover it...'

Then the dream list is mentioned, which doesn't actually have any time restrictions or species locks on it and it's basically 'Wait. We can actually do this over time. It's feasible. Yes. Oh wait, oh dear... Uh. This is going to make things complicated isn't it... On the other hand, about those scientists. Perhaps you'll be willing to get them earlier with a construction of a scientific facility to allow more in-depth and widespread experiments and examinations in exchange for being reasonable about the delays and complications on other things?'

… Because seriously. Looking at that list, it's less that we're becoming a major colony in the region that'll most likely end up being humanity's military and industrial heart of their nation eventually. So much as we're going to be doing all that really soon compared to when we thought we would be. Like, by the time of ME1 probably we'll have started to get there.

Dear lord, we are going to have to seriously invest a hell of a lot into politics these upcoming turns. Because this is going to be an absolute mess.

Forge/Fortress World Perkwunos? :p

wait till we figure out how to make the planet mobile :p

Well....

We just found multi kilometer chunk of almost pure Ezo.

Add some tech and enclose it in a cage to make an engine and you have one big as Holly Fuck Ezo core that theoriticaly could move the planet.

Theoriticaly, practicaly I have no clue.

It could as well explode and destroy half Galaxy(Relays have core in hundread of meters large and they ecsplode with the force of Supernove, here there is multi KILOMETRS large chunk of pure Ezo, do the math and well... BOOM of cosmic proportions)

Those plans were Called council plans by the two players who named them they are not the council's made plans.
It may seem like things are going Perkwunos way. In a way they are but next turn ...... Well you'll see.

What happens if you send a planet through a Mass Relay?

Relay would crash into the planet before exploding spectacularly

rename the planet Captain Planet and smash it into reaper forces when they arrive at alpha relay by coming through the relay just as they are about to reach it. splat

Or the SA's first meet&greet with Thresher Maws. Although that should probably be meat&eat.

I can already hear all the pleas from the other colonies to defend them since we have fleet based around us. On the plus side we have more reason to go all in on the shipyards.

Does lead to an interesting question though. Would this lead to earth giving more represntation to the colonys that can hold out?

Worst of all this is that we have both the slaves and resources in our colony that paints a huge target on our backs should the batarians find out...

If we are getting into a war with batarians, then our council fleet may be jeopardized. The council might not be keen to take sides right away.

These will be answered in Due time. Let's just say the council is Not Amused at the Batarians
