[X] Talk and learn (Use your ring and call up the stranger; you want to ask some questions.)

Pestering Midori or lazing about are both tempting options, but I think now's a good time to get some clarification on things. Plus, I'm curious to see what this third girl may be like. Going with the Stranger may give us a sneak peek?

[X] Go to school (Follow Midori around. Now that you're aware of her existence, you want to learn more about her.)

Grinning in excitement, a girl stares at the screen, unmindful of the extreme hour as she begins to tap at her keyboard. She stops to rub at her eyes, but refuses to sleep until she's finished…
The author? :V

Huh, this looks interesting. Different take on the magical girl genre than what I usually see around these parts. I think I'll be sticking around for awhile.

I'm in support of any plan that expands a magical girl's social network, regardless of the system that made them a magical girl. You fight crazy evil monsters or whatever on a regular basis and it starts to wear on you if you don't have a good social network to keep you grounded and stable, and the sooner we start the better, since we're no longer able to rely on any associations we may have had in our mortal life.

Midori represents a possible ally we can count on in this strange new death, but before that can happen we need to smooth over the problems from last night's revelation. If we follow her to school and show her that yes, we are a ghost and no, we weren't trying to mess with her, we might be able to put one foot towards repairing the foundations of an alliance with her.

"if that's alright with you, I'd like to think we can be friends now as well."
Of course. We'll make sure to introduce you to our family and friends. Don't mind the screaming.
Deciding there's no point in changing (and realizing doing so runs the risk of scaring people with magically floating clothes) you quietly step outside your room.
Wait, so we can't dress up anymore, and are stuck with a single sweater vest for life/unlife? Now that's a tragedy.

Aren't you sad that we didn't get to ask Death about any fashion designer ghosts when we had a chance!?

[x] Be lazy (Just stay home, do some drawing and try not to think about your present situation. You're dead, you've earned this.)

We might've earned the right to be lazy but with so much on our plate, we hardly have the time. Social link go!

Also, just for the sake of ideas what questions would we want to ask the stranger when/if we get a hold of them?

Edit: I can only think of one: how do our powers work :S

"can you introduce us to the other person/people you gave ring(s) to?"

I dislike the "go to school" option because that's kind of stalkery.

were a ghost. stalking the living is sorta in the job description.

Perhaps. But we're also trying to be more than a ghost, and probably want to try and be fri--

Hmm. Y'know what? I've changed my mind.

Is there some kind of time limit to the ring? Why can't she just leave it on all the time and go live her life. I mean sure it'd be awkward but it's less weird than invisibly stalking someone.

because we died. we had a funeral. we were buried. also, we'd probably be walking around in the magical girl outfit all the time.

Those aren't really reasons to not do it though. You stop living your life because your dead and no longer exist, not because you've had a funeral and now it would be really awkward.

A second chance at life is something no one in the entire history of humanity has ever had the chance to have. If you can talk and breathe and do everything you could previously you're not really dead. What you tell people about your death is a minor complication. Maybe you say it was mistaken identity, maybe you just say you're a magic ghost (it's easy enough to prove). Ultimately it doesn't really matter, I certainly wouldn't give up my life just because it would be kind of awkward.

[X] Go tell your parents you're alive again.. Sort of.

if you buried your dead child, and they were suddenly alive again, how would someone react? with shock, horror, and doubt. if they said they were a ghost, then, what if their lying, and are a demon or something taking your childs form? and the mistaken identity thing just isn't gonna work, at all.
