Same here. I get the car is useful, but why don't we actually gear up the actual rentee MGs first that don't have much currency to compete first? It's not like the car is something we desperately need,it just makes things more convenient. And no, Elise doesn't count as she's being a freeloader right now and isn't paying us for rent.Look, can we at least vote to sell to one of our tenants or upgrade the workshop? Because selling to someone who doesn't live here and building another room is going to make our existing problem worse. Eowyn has nothing and is mooching off Trompdoy. Mistletoe has no gear, none. Get them squared away with a wand or something first. I get the car is a big deal, but it's something we've done without so far. Next turn we're selling Tyrfang, our tenants aren't going to have enough on offer to compete with these older magical girls and their extremely deep pockets. If you really can't pass it up then at least vote for the workshop. If we work on the building this turn, it's going to be opening another room, so that's one more girl who potentially has loot but no gear. We need to get ahead on our weapon situation, or at least break even.
On the second part...Word of QM states that we're never getting to the point where we can make more than one piece of gear at the same time.We need some way to build longer lasting stuff or at least build more than one thing at a time
Both, since both those words mean the same thing. Is Ouroboros the Deciever or the Deceitful? They're both used in the snip.
I get the other reasons, but what does that have to do with anything?
Thought he can't use it whenever we're using the Workshop, period.I get the other reasons, but what does that have to do with anything?
The only confirmed time Homer can not use the library is when MC makes an item. No one is voting for that, and Workshop upgrades do not bar him from using the library as far as we know.
I do not think so. There was no indicator of the library being barred last time we voted for Workshop upgrades.Thought he can't use it whenever we're using the Workshop, period.
Workshop and library are two different rooms.Thought he can't use it whenever we're using the Workshop, period.
I understand your concern, though I do not think it is much of an issue right now.Something else about selling to Elise is that this wand will only last for 12 weeks. In some sense she's overpaying for a substandard wand. I don't know how long our sword will last for, but its quality roll was 8 and it's certainly much, much better than the wand we just made. People are super worried that MGs might not be able to afford our stuff, but what's also a danger is overcharging for what we know to be substandard equipment. We really don't want to be known for ripping people off, especially if we end up upsetting one of the veteran MGs. Like Elise appears to be. Yeah.

For one, artificers like the MC are rare, so there should be no actual 'standard' price.
For two, and which I feel is more important in this case, these are not set prices but basically an auction. Girls can hardly complain about being ripped off if it was them who made the offer in the first place.
I am well aware of that last part, I am voting Mistletoe myself. We made Wands twice because we wanted to give our in-residence MGs more firepower. If we sell our worse wand for a high price to adisguised catnon-local, are we really going to turn around and sell our better wand to a local MG and for a cheaper price? That's going to lower our reputation quite a bit I think, if we do sell it to a local girl instead of another veteran who might be powerful enough to not need one.
Mistletoe's artifacts are a fair trade since we can research them to upgrade our skill level. And Mistletoe herself is in need of something to keep her alive and safe. Elise... not so much. Besides, it's not really an auction when we can sell it to anyone we choose,

I just checked (page 35), the quality roll was an 8. Not the 10 you said, but definitely up there in terms of durability.Well, the durability roll on Tryfang was a 10, so that's probably as high as a level 3 wand can go.
Your right, sorry I misremembered it somehow. Thanks for catching that.I just checked (page 35), the quality roll was an 8. Not the 10 you said, but definitely up there in terms of durability.

Yeah, I want the workshop upgrade this turn too, but it is important to remember that upgrading our building does other things than just make rooms livable.Althought the discussion already moved on, I'd just like to say this, even though I am voting for workshop: the building upgrade IS NOT only more rooms. It includes QoL, it includes having improvements that allow to have more people, not only on the rooms, as we saw before that we needed to upgrade the boiler, for example. Probably there is a list by QM for what gets upgraded each time, so it could be this time it'd be rooms, but that in itself is not bad. We've already seen that the girls here have became friendlier to each other, and having more people will not only make us safer, but probably them aswell.
It's seems like people forgot that upgrading the building/base benefits the MGs in more ways than just adding rooms. I'm pretty sure that the Medical Center upgrade we passed on might be behind building upgrades too.Yeah, I want the workshop upgrade this turn too, but it is important to remember that upgrading our building does other things than just make rooms livable.
If she's a veteran MG like she seems to be,she probably has a reasonable chance to afford the T3 wand we just made. But we made these wands in the first place so we could equip the local MGs,especially our rentees first and foremost.I've been convinced that despite Elise's better offer, we shouldn't reward her freeloading whereas our newbie really needs better equipment. Swapping Elise->Mistletoe. Reasonable chance we'll be selling the T3 to her next week though, she's probably loaded enough to afford it.
