My counter point to that is that our characters earn XP so slowly that Logos increasing his ballistic skill will take a very long time. It'll be fine in time, I've said id rather train Logos to up his strength but that doesn't have to happen now.I don't think that this is relevant considering Logos can't even use a thunder hammer anyway. He'd need to get special training to raise his Strength from 4 to 5, and both Myrok Kuthil and Severus have a lot of other stuff to do besides pushing Logos to be capable of using a thunder hammer for 3 turns.
