For gods sake, can we not be stingy in regards to the freaking heir of Asgard? We literally have millions of Chitauri and they are pretty much one of the best forces in the galaxy thanks to the super serum program we made for them. It would probably seem like Loki was being stingy by not being willing to lend out his best forces to the Heir of Asgard. Not to mention he specifically asked for them. If he wanted to he could have hired his own army instead of asking us instead.
Just because we have something doesn't mean we have to give it away. By your logic we should give away everything we have because we have it. Or I should give my nephew 100 dollars because I have 10,000 in the bank.
The number is few is probably the only reason I would give them away. Next turn we should settle them on Pluto and increase their learning to give them a choice. Instead of giving away them away like slaves.
@Sanas22 on the wiki the eye says it allows future sight and given enough time mastery of time and space becoming all powerful.

..... Bruh, re-read the thing again. No, it doesn't grant you Time Mastery. Nor does it make you all-powerful.
Even if it was, it won't have mechanically transferred into the Quest and dropped into Loki's lap.

The artifact doesn't give you/make you all-powerful. It gives you Precognition or some similar other mechanics.
And I just read the comics, it was Apocalypse that absorbed the Eye and gained precognition/knowledge (and thrust it onto Ozymandias). Nothing of All-Power or the sorts is gonna happen to Loki.

Now it's a little better. The atmosphere from before was too gloomy and empty because of the lack of people here, but things are looking to become better. I hope for all our sakes it stays that way.

I think what he was getting at was use Chaos serum to create a better learning serum to increase willpower. The Nat 100 would allow this to be done multiple times in one turn. If we miss we use the reroll. With the 110 gained we get better control.

Um, no. I was saying we use the Chaos Serum to get Thanos/Thor level power. With 500+ Martial, our Willpower is automatically above 250.
Well, unless we get 110 Willpower through the first Chaos Action.
