How much would be the DC for re-forging and increasing a 16 stat artifact?
Coz, I am blind.
How much would be the DC for re-forging and increasing a 16 stat artifact?
[X] Emerald Tablets of Thoth
[X] Eye of Ages (Costs 2)
Simple function, something that is understandable. Weapons won't be useful to Loki so bye-bye Kusanagi (I will miss you).
What does Loki make?
[X] [Forge 1] Necklace
What does he imbue into the forged item (9.5 points)?
[X] [Forge-1 Imbue] Mind Magic (Mental Devastation)
-[x] Enchantments (0.5)
What does Loki create this time?
[X] Gauntlets
And what magic (or stat) does he forge into the item? 16 points to use.
[X] [Forge-2 Imbue] Martial
What does Loki forge?
[X] Boots
And what power is placed in the forged weapon/item? You have 16 points to use.
[X] [Forge-3 Power] Teleportation
-[x] Telecombat (1 point), Instant (2 points), Rapid Fire (2 points), With Luggage (Other things and people, willing) (3 points), Interdimensional (8 points)
[X] +2 to his primary magic (Enchantment)
Does Loki still take the serum?
[X] No
[X] Give him 1000 Chitauri.
@KnowledgeKing
Will the Artifact 2, make our martial 73?
Does Amora want the Chaos Serum? Is there an offer on the table?
Also, does she know about Balder's request of Chitauri soldiers? What does she think of it?
Also what is the limit of "+ magic/stat" one can apply on artifacts forged?
you just repeated what i said lol.No, it says that it may be possible to control not that we know how or that it would be easy. Note that we still have body issues even after multiple turns and the only way to fix it is getting out body back from the Well itself. Rather we not make the same mistake of screwing ourselves over due to greed like the other times.
Just because we have something doesn't mean we have to give it away. By your logic we should give away everything we have because we have it. Or I should give my nephew 100 dollars because I have 10,000 in the bank. For gods sake, can we not be stingy in regards to the freaking heir of Asgard? We literally have millions of Chitauri and they are pretty much one of the best forces in the galaxy thanks to the super serum program we made for them. It would probably seem like Loki was being stingy by not being willing to lend out his best forces to the Heir of Asgard. Not to mention he specifically asked for them. If he wanted to he could have hired his own army instead of asking us instead.
About time we did something nice for the chitauri. Am not appreciating slave trader Loki atm.Next turn we should settle them on Pluto and increase their learning to give them a choice. Instead of giving away them away like slaves.
..... Bruh, re-read the thing again. No, it doesn't grant you Time Mastery. Nor does it make you all-powerful.@Sanas22 on the wiki the eye says it allows future sight and given enough time mastery of time and space becoming all powerful.

Even if it was, it won't have mechanically transferred into the Quest and dropped into Loki's lap.
...holy shit.Capabilities
Whoever wields the Eye will be granted visions of the future. Its potential is not limited to mere fortune-telling, though, as with prolonged use, a skillful bearer could eventually unlock the vast knowledge and cryptic secrets of space and time, potentially becoming all-powerful. Its power also seems capable of being utilized for a variety of other effects, as it was able to somehow transform Ozymandias into living stone, although none of these effects are known.

No. Not a Time Artifact....holy shit.
You found Ryt item edition?
What the actual fuck?
It goes beyond time. That thing compliments me completely..... Bruv.
At least read the full ting, man.

The artifact doesn't give you/make you all-powerful. It gives you Precognition or some similar other mechanics.
And I just read the comics, it was Apocalypse that absorbed the Eye and gained precognition/knowledge (and thrust it onto Ozymandias). Nothing of All-Power or the sorts is gonna happen to Loki.
No. Not a Time Artifact.
Because all our actions also have the ability to fail just as badly no matter what with odds that are literally the flip of a coin. That is a huge downside.Like we have a re-roll. And we can use the Chaos Serum to make our Willpower above 110.
Hell Loki could accomplish anything he wants. Be as strong as Thanos, have his willpower.
Why are we saying no?
I think what he was getting at was use Chaos serum to create a better learning serum to increase willpower. The Nat 100 would allow this to be done multiple times in one turn. If we miss we use the reroll. With the 110 gained we get better control.Because all our actions also have the ability to fail just as badly no matter what with odds that are literally the flip of a coin. That is a huge downside.
Um, no. I was saying we use the Chaos Serum to get Thanos/Thor level power. With 500+ Martial, our Willpower is automatically above 250.I think what he was getting at was use Chaos serum to create a better learning serum to increase willpower. The Nat 100 would allow this to be done multiple times in one turn. If we miss we use the reroll. With the 110 gained we get better control.
Well, unless we get 110 Willpower through the first Chaos Action.Because all our actions also have the ability to fail just as badly no matter what with odds that are literally the flip of a coin. That is a huge downside.
Ah, my bad.
