@KnowledgeKing According to the rules for help from friends seeing as Sigyn is a spouse the rolls should be different:
Known Mechanics

Help: Friends, Mentors, and certain others can help you on a roll of choice. Depending on the level of friendship, they can offer a primary, secondary, and tertiary roll. Spouses and significant others can offer as many rolls as needed, but after a tertiary roll, the bonuses decreases (the total bonus is divided by 4, 5, 6, etc. until it's a flat +5). Depending on the situation, the person helping can lower or raise the DC of the roll (based on traits, circumstances, and skills). More on skills is covered in the skills Mechanics. When it comes to stat gains, when working with friends or other help (as a team), the gains are split between the amount of people, and then divided by that number again. This represents first the amount of people doing work, and then the division of effort put in by everyone.
Also a subvote write in had us using Prometheus to boost her learning for the action.

Turn Thirty-Three Results
-[z] Train Torunn in H2H, DC ???
Roll: 62

Somehow, against all odds (given the prowess of Loki and Torunn), training her in Hand to Hand...goes wrong. It's not like she forgets what she knows, but given Loki's ability, and Torunn's room to grow, it seems odd that they don't manage to do much.

-[z] Learn a new weapon
--[z] Spears, 60
Roll: 1306

However, Loki's personal training does go well. He opts to learn the spear, after thinking about his time with Gungnir and about Eldir's incredibly powerful spear. With his martial ability and his quick wits, he manages to go beyond mastery of the spear. It's almost a safe bet to say that Loki is likely the best spear user in the realms.

Spear skills are 5.3/5

-[z] Discuss your current moves/peace with the Nova Corps. DC 60
--[z] Talk with Amora??
Roll: 96

Loki sits down with Amora and looks to hash out his problems with the Nova Corps. It turns out that...the meeting is mostly useless. Amora is not Lorelei it turns out, and she doesn't care much about what Loki's doing, nor does she mistrust him. Unless Loki does something obviously wrong, she has no reason to bring the hammer down on him.

-[z] Forego (Learning)
-[z] Go search Midgard for other artifacts. DC 70
Roll: 268

Loki takes his time to explore Midgard and look for magical artifacts. From his Chitauri's words, a lot of others had found great success on Midgard, and perhaps he would too.

As it turns out, he does do well, and finds a slew of artifacts, some stronger than the other. The question is, what does he choose?

Choose 3:
[] Ebony Dagger (Costs 2)
[] Golden Fleece
[] Guan Yu's Blue Dragon
[] Emerald Tablets of Thoth
[] Eye of Ages (Costs 2)
[] Kusanagi (Costs 2)

-[z] Teach Torunn Science. DC 50
--[z] Sigyn (Tertiary)
Roll: 1316.5

Working together with his wife, Loki manages to at least teach Torunn some science. As if making it up to her somehow, Loki excels in teaching her this time, or rather she excels in learning everything he has to offer. By the end of their time together, he can safely say that Torunn is as well versed in science as he is. Which is incredible for a young child like her.

-[z] Improve the Exosuit. DC 850
Roll: 188

Unfortunately, his science successes seem to balance themselves, as his attempts at improving the exosuit fail, and badly at that. In fact, the failure is so bad, that the exosuits and the materials to make them, promptly explode, causing a lot of ire. With great exasperation, Amora has no chance but to suspend any exosuit work on Asgard for the time being. It's unknown how long it will last.

-[z] See if you can use your Forge to...make something. DC ??? x3
Roll:799

What does Loki make?
[] A crown
[] Robes
[] Boots
[] A cape
[] [Forge 1] Write-In

What does he imbue into the forged item (9.5 points)?
[] [Forge-1 Imbue] Write-In

Roll:1429

What does Loki create this time?
[] Glasses
[] Gauntlets
[] Gloves
[] [Forge-2] Write-In

And what magic (or stat) does he forge into the item? 16 points to use.
[] [Forge-2 Imbue] Write-In

Roll: 1458

What does Loki forge?
[] Armor
[] A belt
[] A sword
[] A spear
[] [Forge-3] Write-In

And what power is placed in the forged weapon/item? You have 16 points to use.
[] [Forge-3 Power] Write-In

-[z] Make a new serum. DC ???
--[z] Magic Serum
--[z] Learning Serum
---[z] Sigyn (Primary)
----[z] Use Prometheus on Sigyn to boost her learning.
Roll: 287

Unfortunately, even with Sigyn's full mental power added to his own, Loki is unable to create a new serum. He does however get his Chitauri to use Prometheus on Sigyn, boosting her learning, so the next time they try, it should be much easier.

-[z] Train your current magic(s). Strengthen them. DC 105 x2
--[z] Sigyn (Secondary)
Roll: 982

Loki trains his magic, molding it, refining it to get stronger alongside the love of his life: Sigyn. With their combined effort, the two manage to improve not only Loki's magic, but Sigyn's own as well. The success isn't unprecedented, but it is great in many ways.

What does Loki improve?
[] +2 to his primary magic (Enchantment)
[] +1 to his secondary magic (Forging)
[] +.5 to his tertiary magic (Binding/Sealing)
[] +2/5 skills to any magic skill that isn't already 5 (to a maximum of 5)

Roll: 79

It should not be downplayed how much Sigyn truly aids Loki. Proof is in the second time he attempts to train his magic. Despite the grasp on his magics, and his great skill, Loki is unable to improve in any meaningful way. Shame.

-[z] Take the Chaos Serum
Roll: 81

Before Loki can take the serum, Amora stops it with her magic.

"Wait!" She yells, seemingly out of breath. "Before you take that, there's something you need to know." She warns him. Her words are...odd. Essentially the chaos serum would give him a 50/50 shot of accomplishing almost anything he could think of. The only issue is that the chaos would infect his very being, turning even every day tasks into a 50/50 shot, unless he somehow found a way to control it, or willed it not to activate (DC 110 willpower check).

Does Loki still take the serum?
[] Yes
[] No

-[z] Refuse
Roll: 21

Loki refuses the young apprentice, and he does not take it well. It's small, but...there is a flash, a look of frustration that crosses Ryt's face as his expression settles on that of a deep frown. He then purses his lips and walks away, muttering one thing.

"Just like the rest."

-[z] Sure
Roll: 16

Unfortunately, despite both men wanting to make it happen, their schedules never match up. And thus an Eldir/Loki hangout hour never happens.

-[z] Of course.
Roll:7

Surprisingly, despite working together throughout much of the year, Sigyn and Loki also have issues matching their schedules up for spending free time with each other. Loki might be a bit more desperate for it...for reasons he can't even remember, but Sigyn doesn't appear to bothered by it. Still, he wishes he could've spent some time with her.

-[z] Write-in: Ask him the reason for such expenditure.
Roll: 68

Balder's eyes widen when he hears the words come from his uncle's mouth. He frowns and stops for a moment as if to think, before finally responding.

"I just...want an army, one to raise and protect, so that I can help Asgard more than I have." Loki nods, understanding the feeling. Does he give Balder the Chitauri?
[] Give him the Chitauri
[] Don't

-[z] Accept her Request
Roll: 66

Torunn is elated when her favorite uncle agrees to teach her for her birthday. And boy does it go well. Sif is wary of the lessons at first, citing science as mostly useless to a warrior, but when she sees how much Torunn enjoys herself and learns, she relents and even thanks Loki at one point.

-[z] [Skrullos] Money/Trade
Roll: 78

The Skrull manage to establish trade with a few other smaller worlds. Due to their high levels of tech, and backing by Phoenix Financial, Skrullos manages to come out on top, and make a lot of money from the transactions.

-[z] Expansion
Roll: 50

Expanding Phoenix Financial takes a lot of Sigyn's time. She manages to plant some seeds in the Andromeda Galaxy, as well as some others, but she fails to meet her goal of getting a branch set up in a place called Sakaar.

I say no to taking the serum. That shit is ridiculously bad on it's own but is way worse when taking into account our terrible luck.

Hmmmm, shame we couldn't hang out, but it can't be helped. Oh well, at least I might help with any action you might need, if I'm around that is...

not like everything isnt 50/50 for loki any other time.
It's really not the same thing. We actually have good odds of succeeding in a lot of our actions. Putting everything in a 50/50 chance would pretty much be shooting ourselves in the foot long term and pretty much have everything rely on a flip of a coin rather than skill.

It's possible to control it that's why it's worthwhile.

No, it says that it may be possible to control not that we know how or that it would be easy. Note that we still have body issues even after multiple turns and the only way to fix it is getting out body back from the Well itself. Rather we not make the same mistake of screwing ourselves over due to greed like the other times.

Looks at Ryt
Bit too late for that I'm afraid.

That wasn't greed, that was us just not willing to give out powerful artifacts to people we just met just because they asked since that could cause us a ton of problems if that backfires. OOC your plan to get back Odin and Frigga's consciousness had serious issues in that Satan would still have their souls which had obvious problems in itself.

Odin and Frigga was just a step in the overall phase of prepping Asgard for the newest threat/ Also bold of you to assume Mephy lives.

[x] No

Willpower is 77+32= 109/2= 54.5 which means we have to roll 56.5 to pass the control roll. Better to create serums for intrigue or learning to increase will before doing this.
