I think Loki has learned his lesson about giving out anything. In thinking after the last time he goes Tony Stark and realizes not to give out any weapons/artifacts/serums of mass destruction.
To be fair. Had you not given me those items I'd have had to kill the NPC's. Also Ryt's in a hurry to not die, which is a really big factor in the time artifacts.

Also don't think we should trade the Chitari anymore considering they are people according to Tyr. Before we thought of them as a mindless army so it was ok. Now they have shown loyalty to Loki, more loyalty then most of the people he knows. They need to be rewarded for their loyalty and not traded away like slaves.

Your soul could've been snatched so easily and then your resurrection BS would've been done. I could've done it to Eldir and Torunn and bam, I'd stab you with the destiny spear. You got done in by transformation, the fact I didn't turn you into a rock or something inanimate is pure luck. Hell you had a pretty high learning score and you still didn't notice me leading the battle to the Jotun's.

@Darkcore41 it's not a matter of people vs. army. I personally enjoyed them, as they proved to be the best at what they did, and a wonderful task force that I miss dearly. Treat them with respect and know they are above other armies, but they will still follow what you order and how you do it.
Also inform Jerry Senior of the unfortunate events to have occured for his son and grandson.

...Dude, seriously. It's not really treating them like slaves since as mentioned they do what we want since they are pretty loyal and we do treat them well. That and it's pretty different since they are literally a hive mind. If they wanted to they could just refuse.

Are they not slaves we sell and give them away without their input. We haven't even taken an action to talk to them or at least settle them on a planet when not in use. Do we even know what they do on their off time?

We literally pay for their services and it's been noted that they are a hivemind and so have a different mentality compared to most conventional races. They not only outnumber us in the millions but the average martial and have magical powers. We can't really force them to do what they don't want to and if they don't want to do something they would have just said so. Also pretty sure that the Chitauri have their own ships they live in.

Stop justifying slavery, you bought their species and own them.

For the kid we should propose to help him buy his own army to raise. Loki will foot the bill instead of giving him the Chitari.

Edit: what do these artifacts even do? @Sena Kumo
Guan Yu's Blue Dragon
Eye of Ages (Costs 2)

As the only NPC given rights to say meta things I'll tell you
First one's a spear, as for the eye, well.
It's either the mutant gene or time travel. Ryt once again is equipped to handle the latter, but the former isn't particularly my field of expertise.

Well, it's not exactly Meta when anyone (including me, especially me) can research about them.

If I can be honest, of all the items on that list it's the dagger that I'd suggest grabbing

@KnowledgeKing the thing where NPC's can't give hints. Finding the items is pretty easy, but after the last time something meta slipped and the results I wanted to avoid any chances of repeats

...We literally hired them when trying to gain the services of armies. They are by definition literally mercenaries who just happen to be extremely loyal due to a quirk of their race.

For gods sake, we are literally doing the equivalent of changing their contract so that they work for Baldur instead of us. Stop needlessly complicating things.

Well honestly this. Maybe if you built any sort of personal attachment to chitauri as Tyr had, but Loki didn't so there are no worries of hurt feelings.

Pragmatically Loki shouldn't just give away his army piece meal to everyone that asks, especially when we have no luck recruiting more. Secondly do we pay then a wage or just bought them outright because one of those is slavery. Red it's wrong when you don't wish to do something and right when you do.

[X] Emerald Tablets of Thoth
[X] Eye of Ages (Costs 2)
Simple function, something that is understandable. Weapons won't be useful to Loki so bye-bye Kusanagi (I will miss you).

What does Loki make?
[X] [Forge 1] Necklace
What does he imbue into the forged item (9.5 points)?
[X] [Forge-1 Imbue] Mind Magic (Mental Devastation)
-[x] Enchantments (0.5)

What does Loki create this time?
[X] Gauntlets
And what magic (or stat) does he forge into the item? 16 points to use.
[X] [Forge-2 Imbue] Martial

What does Loki forge?
[X] Boots
And what power is placed in the forged weapon/item? You have 16 points to use.
[X] [Forge-3 Power] Teleportation
-[x] Telecombat (1 point), Instant (2 points), Rapid Fire (2 points), With Luggage (Other things and people, willing) (3 points), Interdimensional (8 points)

[X] +2 to his primary magic (Enchantment)

Does Loki still take the serum?
[X] No

[X] Give him 1000 Chitauri.

@KnowledgeKing
Will the Artifact 2, make our martial 73?
Does Amora want the Chaos Serum? Is there an offer on the table?
Also, does she know about Balder's request of Chitauri soldiers? What does she think of it?
Also what is the limit of "+ magic/stat" one can apply on artifacts forged?
