Torunn never had a father in her life, all she knew about him was that he was apparently some powerful warrior, or a "bastard" as her mother called him.
Her Mother didn't really have many friends, and the ones she did, didn't come by very often. So Torunn didn't really have a father in her life.
Although there was one person who she considered a father; Her Uncle Loki.
He was a very nice and handsome man, though her mother didn't like him for some reason. He always visited her very often and got her some very nice toys, though she wished that he could spend more time with her.
He always came with a friend of her mother called Sigyn, and they both had the same ring on their finger. Was Sigyn to Loki what her mother was to her father?
She had met her "brother" a few times, but she didn't really like him, he acted like Uncle Loki was no one important, so she hit him and made him cry, her mother seemed oddly happy, before giving her a time out.
Either way, Torunn didn't care about her father or her "brother", all she cared about was her Uncle Loki. Why couldn't he be her father, then she would get to spend every day with him.
Her mother had been saying bad thing about her Uncle when he wasn't here, something called a "fraude" and an "Ice ape", she stopped when either her Uncle came over or she started whining about it.
She still loved her Uncle, even if he couldn't visit often, even if her Mother didn't like him, even if everyone hated him for looking like a buff blueberry with red eyes.
Her uncle doesn't visit her much often now, something about needing to run a cold place due to an accident that her stupid father caused, she hated her father for taking away the man that was more of a father to her then he ever was.
Torunn doesn't care about "Jotoonhaym", she doesn't care about the twone of Asgard, she doesn't care about the Giant evil Prune her mother was worried about, all she cared about was her Uncle Loki, her most favorite person in the world.
