What Loki givit he can take away, plus potential future threat to Asgard that Loki probably will be blamed for. Also they are arrogant and think both Loki and Asgard can't do jack.
True... I can already see Amora screaming at Loki.
Though what economy does even the Giants have? That Loki can crash.
Leaving a backdoor access to the server seems optimal... But let's not forget about the guy with 20 Prophecy.

We could do an IRobot where everything looks like an accident until the big blow up. Either that or create a situation that can't be avoided. It's not like he will just watch Loki's actions forever or forever have prophesy on.

@KnowledgeKing what are the limitations of prophecy?

Um, maybe not.

Like Jotunheim is still Asgard's Vassal. I really don't want to go up and start blowing things up there.

I'm a bit confused about somethings. I'm asking these because I feel like I missed some important details while reading this quest.

Queen of Asgard put Loki on the throne. Why are they allowed to replace him?

Another thing. Why does Thor speak and act like a brain damaged Neanderthal? Can someone explain what happened to him?

I got you.

Amora put him on the throne, but they don't know much about the Amora situation, nor does it seem they've gone to ask her. Also Loki has been a bad ruler overall, so it's unlikely they even care much.

Thor did some stuff, got into bad groups, and tossed a few brain cells here and there, but it's fine cause Thor strong now, stronger than puny Ice King. We could've stopped this, but we didn't so....

Yes, Amora temporarily put Loki on Jotunheim Throne so he could quell the dissension after Thor killed their King (Laufey). And when this temporary period was over, Loki decided to stay... and well he brought a lot of tech to the planet with him, but there were some unfortunate incidents with it as well.
For some reason when Loki tried to make a habitable place for his Asgardian Wife, Loki didn't roll Learning and failed his action horribly. Besides this, Loki is also responsible for the death of his brother/rebellion leader, Blysteir... and some things here and there that Frost Giants don't appreciate.

Well, Thor gave up almost everything into the Well of Mimir for power (check out Rune King Thor and bump it up to 99% Overdrive and add it all to pure strength). He gave up his Learning, Diplomacy, Stewardship and many other things to be the strongest man in the universe. With just flex of his muscles, Thor can break down dimensions, and make dimensional entities like Mephisto, Dormammu and others cry like a bitch.

Hope that helps.

We can always snap their necks like we did Loki's brother before leaving for Asgard. 🤷‍♂️
While I do want to, I am not sure if we can win. Plus Jotunheim isn't really worth the fight, and clean up afterwards. Especially with Thor breathing down our necks. A political marriage could have prevented this but when the idea was thrown around it was automatically blocked. We could have also ignored the conqueror and actually focused on dealing with the fall out of different situations. Like the continous Nat 1 rolls Loki had on almost everything important. It's not like Loki did anything in the situation and the person we were helping is about to snatch Pluto and Skrullos just because we didn't give her a throne she had no right to.

Turn Thirty Two Results Pt. 3
-[Z] Step down and inform him that you'll be taking your stuff with you, particularly the things you need (e.g. the Forge and the Cloning Facility)
--[Z] Don't be rude about it, and if he protests bring up the fact that these things haven't been of much value to Jotunheim outside of your own use, and the only thing that's had some sort of limited impact (the Cloning Facility) you require to live, not to mention the fact that you used your own personal resources to construct them

-----------

Loki relays the message to Bellos who's lips purse disapprovingly.

"Of course you are, once again proving us right that you are not meant to rule. A true King does not have personal resources when it comes to bettering the lives of his people." Bellos' stare transforms into a glare for a quick moment, before softening again. "But nonetheless, we shall persevere, nay, we shall prosper, despite your attempt at sabotage Odinson. I and the rest of Jotunheim wish you well." And then Bellos gets up and walks out, no doubt to spread the news.

With that taken care of, Loki needs a new home, a new destination.

-[Z] Keep it for a better time
-[Z] Go to Asgard
--[Z] But you're saving Sigyn first; have Egil bring you to her location and prepare for combat and the possibility of needing to exfiltrate her via willing teleportation if she's really in trouble
---[Z] Have some of your Chitauri teleport in to combat the robot while you focus on getting Sigyn out of harm's way
----------

Loki and Egil arrive, Egil going to the Observatory, and Loki arriving on the spot of Sigyn's battle. What Loki sees is not good. Just as he arrives, he sees a a large robot, with a clear Nova Corps symbol on it and armed with two railguns on its shoulders, holding a bloodied and unconscious Sigyn. She's clearly alive and can be treated easily, but she's also defenseless. At that moment, Loki sees Torunn attempt some raw magic manipulation on the railguns, and Eldir and Ryt try to attack the robot, Eldir with an explosion of fire magic, and Ryt at close range.

They all fail miserably. Ryt and Eldir are blown up with railgun projectiles, despite Eldir's best attempts to block them with his spear. Interestingly enough the energy does dissipate, and the spear holds against the electromagnetically accelerated projectiles, but the force is enough to blow them back and bloody them.

Loki's Chitauri appear as commanded and Loki readies himself to fight when...

He shows up.

Just like on Jotunheim, Thor makes a sudden appearance, only this time he does not say a word. Instead Thor simply punches the machine so hard, that Loki almost forgets about its existence for a moment. In horror, Loki realizes that the machine was still holding Sigyn when Thor struck it, and the force of his blow, even the shockwave, would surely kill her. Loki goes to teleport in, but something catches his eye, blue energy, maybe some form of teleportation magic (?) emanating from Egil, who appears to have just arrived.

The blue energy transports Sigyn out of harm's way, saving her. Before Loki can turn to his brother and say any words of chastisement, Thor is gone, as if he were never here.

Loki rushes up to Sigyn and hugs her deeply, carrying her in his arms to the healing pools, by Egil's direction. He also makes sure to thank Egil profusely for the help. The other two, Ryt, and Eldir also go to the pools for healing, and Loki thanks them as well for their efforts. Eldir smiles, and relays that Sigyn was his friend and mentor and he would face 1000 of those robots in order to save her. Ryt is almost speechless in delight, and can only nod excitedly at Loki's praise.

Once that is taken care of, and Sigyn assures Loki she is fine, he reluctantly leaves her with Eldir and Ryt, to go speak with Egil. They worked so hard together and came to Asgard partially to stop...whatever it is that has possessed Amora. The two even made a machine to track the being, and they only needed to get close to Amora to activate it and find its true origins.

Amora right now, according to Egil, is preparing to move. To do what, he is not sure, but he shares that she tried to convince her son to bestow the throne back upon her, but he refused, sensing something to be wrong with his mother. She was infuriated by this and almost struck him down with her great magic, which Egil assures Loki is much greater than ever, but she caught herself.

If they were going to stop this thing, assuming it is something possessing her, they'd need to act soon.

So what is the plan?

[X] Have Egil approach her.
- [X] However, be ready to spring into action if needed.

Did we make any Chitauri who'd be good support for this exorcism?
Edit: I'd vote Skrullos but we have the hammer of Thor hanging over us.

Huh it seems like these guys just wanted free stuff from Loki.
Look on the bright side, when cosmic threat #321 shows up we can pretend not to hear their call for help.

Thor did warn us that we needed to go back to Asgard. Besides that going back to Asgard means that we get back a number of Asgardian hero units and would be more easily able to see our relatives.

What hero units? We only get Sigyn back the rest are dead or doing their own thing.

@KnowledgeKing can we consolidate our DARPA and PF under one umbrella?

For all the shit people give the Jotun it seems like people are refusing to acknowledge that they do have legit reasons and points to not be happy with Loki. First off he is someone raised off of Jotunheim most of his life who is part of the royal family of Asgard that not only had one of their own princes murder the crap out of their leader then literally wear his head around his belt like a trophy but then had Loki put in to rule them.

Second Loki did make some serious fuck ups. Like wow, despite people trying to constantly downplay it wrecking an entire climate is really goddamn serious and anywhere else would have had people calling for the person responsible to be fired. Not to mention the time we unleashed a horde of super zombies by deliberately opening an obvious trap to try to research the beings within that lead to the entire planet being evacuated. Again, pretty damn serious screw up on our part.

Even then it was noted that they still respected Loki, admitted that he did a number of good things for Jotunheim and was willing to let him stay in power if a council was made with veto powers. Which to be fair was pretty damn understandable considering the decisions that wrecked an entire climate and unleashing super zombies on the planet. In fact a council that vetoed/warned us about stupid decisions made would have been really damn helpful:

*****************

*In-universe*

Council: "No, you can't attempt to mess with the climate just for one foreigner. That is just a terrible idea that could have negative consequences for all of Jotunheim."

Players out of universe: "Holy shit, the vote would have had us mess with the entire planet!? Did not mean for that to happen. No yeah, agree with these guys that we should definitely not do that. So glad we caught this before it became a problem."

*Several turns later*

Council: "Are you insane!? The ship of super adaptive and undying beings that may number in the millions is obviously a trap and should not be opened. Or at the very least it should be moved off of Jotunheim before any attempts are made to do anything with it."

Players out of universe: "What the hell? We didn't mean to open the damn thing on Jotunheim. We thought that it would done in space far away from Jotunheim. Man, really glad that we have this council to prevent us from making terrible decisions/miscommunication that could needlessly make our lives more difficult then needed."

Well, let's be honest here guys, you suck at being a king because you don't need to. That and we don't have the patience of one alongsude the fact that...well, short-attention span is a bitch. Just be happy with what you have.
P.S: Soooooooo, you guys wanna be friends with me?

Heh. But yeah no, Bellos is a bit of smarmy jerk. He's cocky cause he has prophecy.

Ryt is still alive. Also i don't think combining a bank with a weapon company makes much sense.

Now we can go the corporate route and buy the universe, being king was boring.

Or even travel around in alternate dimensions.

Steal???

There were other units besides Elym and Osmond on Asgard. In fact we had a number of them help with the original serum that ended up creating the original magic serum. Besides that we can likely more easily convince Egil to help us with the other serums and other magical research.

Uh, Thor literally warned us that we needed to go back to Asgard or there will be consequences.

Again, we need to get back to Asgard. Besides that we can just come up with an excuse to go on adventures in the rest of the Nine Realms. Such things include diplomatic missions/peace keeping for Asgard and would give us an excuse/reason for going to other planets while living on Asgard.

That said should probably work on getting our body back before anything else along with boosting ourselves as well.

That's all fine and dandy, but I don't want Loki to live in Asgard. I'd rather learn more about demons to hep Frigga & Odin.
