We should leave PF with Sigyn it was massively nerfed a while back. We should either expand our spy network or DARPA to produce weapons or scientific discovery. Maybe add a forging arm to it so Loki doesn't have to waste actions replacing gear or forging gear for other people.
We should also make the Chitari the most powerful army in the universe. They have been loyal to Loki and we could probably get heroes from them if we increase learning.

We could've gotten individual heroes from them if we chose self independence for them, but they're still a hive mind that isn't independent. I might be wrong though.
We can move after the Thor business has ended, I think its time we visit our Skrull holdings personally.
Since they're a hive mind couldn't we have all the Chitauri as a single multi-tasking hero?

Ain't he basically kratos by this point? Race change seems unnecessary since we're only getting Loki's body back from the well. Loki will have captain marvel powers thanks to the chaos serum so he can work on that to hit 200+ martial possibly.

I'm extremely leery about increasing the Chitauri's learning since we don't know how that would affect them. For all we know they may not be as loyal with higher intelligence.
Thing is that the only reason our forged artifacts are so high quality is due to the fact that they were made by someone with insanely high learning with a high forging stat. What we should really work on for our gear is getting Uru and/or Vibranium along with maybe creating a new alloy out of the two to make our artifacts out of.
Rather we not. Lorelai is already looking for excuses to mess with us and us sieging a planet would likely be used by her as a good excuse. Besides rather we lay off ruling for a while to work on other stuff.
As long as you've treated them well you should be fine. You did appreciate them like I told you, right? Right?

We don't need to siege it, we can just buy it or kill the GM, or work alongside him. He seems like a pretty chill dude.
Treat Thor like Galactus for now; we don't fight him and should generally avoid being in the same solar system as him.
