While, Mind Magic with Lokiforce = 62
Mind Magic with Lokiforce = 62, a traumatized 6 year old that thinks she just saw her uncle die and people figure out we do not have a set body and can come up with a way to get around that.
Torunn would probably either break down or charge head first at the enemy if she saw us die.
Well we can't use Lokiforce for mind in away that's useful. It's a kamikaze attack except with less enemy KO's. I think we just all have a bit of confusion on the topic.

Like the plan though I'd say that we should absolutely not rely on using the Lokiforce since it's too much of a risk. Also should make sure with the QM that the gloves would work even if our body gets serious destroyed.
Anyway in regards to what to do after deciding on the attack I suggest something like:

The telepathy is to make coordination and communication easier. Basically Loki becomes a command and Control tower allowing him to leverage his tactics, and war skills. Mental Devastation is just an offensive mind spell. This also adds 13 to Loki's martial.
-[x] [Hellbindi] Write-In: I can give you the Exo-Suit but the magic serum and bodies are tricky. Those are secrets that only my most loyal has access to. Besides if this is my birthday present to you where's mines brother. So in the spirit of our missed birthdays I will give you the bodies and the serums if you swear an oath under binding to me. The oath will just reinforce our alliance. You swear that you will not harm me, my interests, allies, and report any plot against me.
He is our ally as long as we put some assurances in place it should be fine.

Considering who we're about to fight, these seem appropriate.

Think we should have some focus on the army and squad fight not just the individual. Remember we are going to be coordinating with the defences on top of Tyr and Egil. Torunn also has to be looked after hence the investment in telepathy.
Edit: Don't bring in the Chitari without any warning. We aren't sure how long it will take them to get there and the average citizen or soldier wouldn't know they are with Loki.

I am fine with this plan, still would rather psychic because I am worried an enemy will get lucky, as unlikely as that is.
Worried about trying to ask Hellbindi to take an oath but if you are you might want to specify the oath, like having it be something simple like do not betray me, reinforcing our alliance is kind of not the best thing to bring up since it was founded with the intent of us both receiving stuff from the other, and we have not really given him much. He also probably already knows about the failsafes in the exosuit as well since it was not exactly a secret project, maybe give him the imperfect serum.

The imperfect serum doesn't work anymore only the magic one. Also the details are written in the paragraph, he cannot harm Loki, his interests or his allies. In exchange he gets the magic serum and a new body.
To be fair, the higher the Mind Magic cost, the more Martial we get.
Ya right now it's 57+17(mind)+13(artifact)+15(ice)+5(trait)= 107 martial without carver of realms, nerve strike, and the exo suit.

Ice won't shouldn't be added to the count since it can't be used with forged body.
We have a Jotun body the cloning facility created for us.

After this we go back to Jotunheim and don't deal with the dark elves we have far to many problems in Jotunheim to deal with. The rebels and finding the other part of the family. Plus lowering the discention from the citizens.
Next turn we should forge something that increases our diplomacy
