The thing is if Osmond takes the job he is bound by Amora. Do we wish for a god that knows almost everything bound to Amora?

Oh for gods sake, I am sick and tired of all this irrational hate going around Amora. She is our friend and has been nothing but totally sweet to us. Besides that as I keep saying the oath is pretty much don't do treason against Asgard. Osmond would be putting his talents to the most use in Nidaveller. Which is actually pretty great for us since the leader of another realm would be our best friend.
Then by that logic we should give our brother everything.

Honestly, it all depends on what Osmond likes. I'd like him to, but de doesn't like Amora. If we want him to stay it shouldn't be because we can't use him, but because he's expressed a dislike of Amora.

That's not the same thing and you know it. We knew Amora for literally years and she has been extremely sweet to us and actually made a ton of improvements to Asgard. Meanwhile we don't know much about Hellbindi and only met him two years ago and hung out with him once last year.

That's funny since you're doing the exact thing regarding Hellbindi.
No it isn't, with Osmond gone he'd be busy being the leader of a realm.
Osmond can stay with us and Amora can easily find someone else to helm Nidaveller. Also Osmond dislikes Amora and lacks emotions, not a good combo to have as a realm leader under AMORA.

Also Torunn our niece already jumped into the beam. As best uncle we should go after her. Besides that helping with the Dark Elves would be great for us since we would have done Asgard a solid and can more easily ask to have the Casket to help us fix Jotunheim's climate.

Not nice sending a child to an active warzone, we can just as easily drag her back to the palace and protect everyone there.
I like your Osmond write in, but he's not just asking for advice. With him in his state, he's near incapable of seeing a bad side so its likely he's asking Loki based off of Loki telling him what the old Osmond would do. I could be wrong tho.

Put 2 into Ice, get Ice immunity, 1 into magic sensing, and then put the rest into transformation.

Something else to note is that Asgard is far more defensible than the canon version and far more able to defend itself. Meanwhile we are one of the best warriors in all the Nine Realms with our own exo-suit and potentially a Dwarven level artifact along with a nanite exosuit. Feel like we can do pretty damn well fighting alongside Egil and Tyr.
Also in regards to Osmond we can just tell him about Amora's offer about having a kid with her to show his loyalty without the oath and nothing is really holding him back. I actually like the idea of Osmond becoming leader of Nidaveller. Besides that he hasn't really helped us much after last turn and seems to want us to do things ourselves so not losing much.
For Hellbindi I say just the suit for now and have him earn our trust before offering the other two.

Something I saw when rereading Hellbindi's request was that he didn't ask for all of the serum like I first thought, I would be okay with giving him an imperfect serum.
