Loki can always wear them without appearing hostile, and if they boost his strength or agility that will also carry over to any weapons he is wielding. If Loki had been trained in axes, I'd be interested in forging our own version of Kratos' Leviathan.

As for the new tech, teleporters seem vital. Much faster deployment time and speed, flanking attacks would become much easier. Not to mention the civilian uses as well, further boosting Asgard's economy.

Can we use that new scrying capability to scout out that attack first, so we know what to send most?

Yeah but I just want to know if the Dwarves would and could do it
Because I think it would lower the DC a decent chunk after all its their own piece of work and they are freaks in enchanting and enhancing items

Rather than Tesseract, why not have the Dwarves bind the Space Stone to the gauntlet as Ronan did with his hammer and the Power Stone?

If no how would you explain why it would be a good idea to break the cube of unlimited powaaaa

It's not Loki who would be doing it. It would be the Dwarves. We just need to show them the Tesseract.
And the dwarves created Infinity Gauntlet without Thanos showing them the stones (from this it can be inferred that Dwarves either had the capability to make something that can bind Infinity Stone's power or they already knew what the Infinity Stone's were).

You could technically do it alone. Dwarves can't bind the tesseract they can build something that can hold it.

And would there be requirement to master this Tesseract Gauntlet?
How to photon blast people? How to teleport? Etc. The abilities of Tesseract.
Or would the Dwarves place the enchantments in such way that it would be instinctual to use like Mjolnir?
