"Just remember Loki....you did this." And then the message, the visual, audio, everything...cuts off. Loki sits back and folds his hands. He hopes he hasn't made a huge mistake.
Well… shit.

The only sight of him has been...reading.
This… can't be good.

- The Nova Corps. are looking into the Titan-Asgard conflict and situation. Some say they may intervene, some say they're just watching. Reasons are unknown.
Nova Corps.: "Do you know why I pulled you over?"

They have noticed the small ripples, and will act accordingly to their aggendas.
Yep; unfortunately.

Also might want to look into helping the Skrull.
Why?
1) We have little business with them.
2) Skrull have been traditionally portrayed as evil.
3) No, I do not recognize Captain Marvel as canon.
4) Because of the foolish rush to get married, we can't marry Tenelle, "the most beautiful woman in the Skrull galaxy."
CKII mode: *grumble, grumble* Stupid players, we could have at least gotten a non-aggression pact out of it!

We do not need the Space Cops taking Thanos' side, since that'll end badly for everyone.
Nova Corps.: I'm sorry sir... we've decided that there is nothing inherently wrong with half the universe's life disappearing... in fact, it should reduce our work-load!

We already have to many pilots and not enough ships and we need to automate more.

We definitely need that alliance with the Nova Corps, and researching the Space Stone is ridiculously beneficial. Really, we need to secure more allies and further boost our defenses because Thanos will try something sooner or later.

Not really. It'd just be enchanting tech.
Alright, how do we unlock magi tech then? You mentioned that forging was required but that was it.
1) We have little business with them.
2) Skrull have been traditionally portrayed as evil.
3) No, I do not recognize Captain Marvel as canon.
Well to bad, it's canon that MCU Skrull aren't evil and having another empire allied with Asgard would not only be beneficial but also means that we have a potential counter for the Kree empire.

Also just realized that Thanos may have already used the Scepter on Thor. Which would be hilarious with all the people saying that Thanos couldn't threaten Asgard as is but turned out to have mind controlled it's strongest warrior and one man army.

That actually would make sense, Thor isn't the type to go off the grid, he would at least to talk to his friends about helping him.

We need to go beyond our current magical knowledge
Yep; I'll be putting that option in my plan.

You completely ignored point 4; if we'd wanted that sort of help we shouldn't have married Sigyn so quickly — this is also a CK2 quest.

Fuck, if that's that case then Thanos has someone who can definitely wreck a good chunk of Asgard and can pull off another Thanos ambush in that Thor could easily sneak into Asgard and go on a rampage weakening it. Worse is that if this is true than Thanos is in a really good position to have Odin and Frigga killed.

If this is the case then it definitely seems like angering the people of Asgard by lifting the sanctions would have been the far more preferable and more manageable option than being in open war with Thanos at the moment. Sure he might have tried something in the future but at least we also would have had far more build up and time to gain allies as well.

The first thing that came to me at the end of the last update.
But it is not possible. Thor escaped Thanos. And to use the sceptre on someone, Thanos would need to be in physical contact with the said person. So unless Thanos went after Thor, there are very fewer chances that Thor is under mind control.

Also, I am more worried about the Dwarfes for now... I don't want an unexpected Thanos on them.

@KnowledgeKing Does Asgard has a pension system for all the lives lost in the war? And what security do the Dwarves have? Remember they have a Dyson Sphere and are master enchanters, so unless someone blasts them with Power Stone at point-blank, there should be nothing that would breach their security.

Do recall that even if Thanos doesn't lie he can be deliberately misleading as shown with the last invasion. Just because Thor 'escaped' doesn't mean that Thanos couldn't have a hand in that and even used the mind stone.

Okay since legit worried about mind control I'm going to ask just what are the limits to it's power? IIRC it is only temporary for strong willed individuals and the person under control needed to get the staff used on them occasionally to prevent them from breaking out. Also remember that knocking a person out can also undo the hypnosis. Are these facts right?

Actually it's possible that Thanos staged the entire attack too lower the sanctions of Titan, then he could either have a perfect way to attack Asgard or have what he originally wanted, you can't predict crazy after all.

You know, at this point I am just mad that a 55-year-old mother-trucker from a planet with no resources is so OP.
In just over a decade this motherf**ker has mastered an Infinity Stone. Has an armada he can waste to attack Asgard, and has more resources to fk with us, and just the right amount of insanity to be fixated with us.
Fking great, anything else.

What is the lifespan of a Titan anyway?

Well to be fair it was noted that Titan was actually pretty advanced for a civ. That and Loki himself founded an organization that spanned the universe in a few decades. Thanos himself used PF to help his planet using some of it's resources. That and Thanos despite the insanity is pretty intelligent himself and was able to build up an army that could take planets by the the Avengers were born.
