Hugh's Perfectly Normal Mafia Game Where Nothing Weird Happens Whatsoever

Not really a backup, backing up a role that does nothing is just vanilla to vanilla

That is my entire point. Logos' role as claimed is vanilla too. Nictis' point is that it still involves role INTERACTION. Which Scia's role seems to do.

that they might have had the second parity vig

Comi's argument hinges on there being a second parity vig, which we both think isn't there likely. But that aside, you are right. Comi's argument is more sophisticated than I presented. I didn't read it properly.

I point out that if Scum had the other half of the parity vig then they chose not to pursue a kill on Logos.
No longer compatible with our current idea of the game though. (I know your post is making a case against me, but I wanted to point this out again)
Shadell makes it pretty clear here that the problem for him is Logos' claim of doctor, since it doesn't fit the setup with everyone else. Notably also points out that a scum doctor without another scum team fits the theme.

So your point as to what the case on Logos is is inaccurate at best.

Hmm, I missed that Shadell's role as claimed could block Logos' healing. That indeed points to role interaction.

Okay, I agree. I didn't present the Logos case accurately.
It does not depend on an arsonist in the way that a miller depends on a cop, because it prevents regular kills.

Yeah, that is the core of my earlier misunderstanding. It is not about the arsonist part, it is about preventing killings which even a superkill role does interact with. I missed that completely. That is on me.

I did get to that understanding and conceded the point before you made this big post, though.
Hmm, a Strongman role overruling the Doctor's powers IS indeed role interaction. hmm
But I still dislike it, because it presumes you and Hugh are in agreement this does count as role interaction.

But still fair point against me. It was not obfuscation though, genuine confusion on my part. But I understand why you think so.

Thinking on it I don't think they've been quoted or tagged recently. @Logos courtesy ping, also four hours left about in the day

Also- and I think this is contributing to the confusion - I had defined "vanilla" as ultimately not affecting the game instead of "having no interaction".

Walker mostly because of the small amount of posts. They feel like they are trying to be careful and seem to be leaning on other's cases to vote rather than to make one themself.
For what it's worth, most activity tends to happen while I'm at work and I have to catch up after, by which point the topic has usually moved on.

If you want me to make my own case, I've been talking about my distrust for Comi's voting preferences and argumentation for the last two days and they haven't done much today to detract from my suspicions, I think. I also don't like that they've switched from hunting Logos to supporting them within a single post and then never returned to the subject, especially considering that I'm disinclined to trust Logos as well.

[X] Vote ComiTurtle

First break at work today.

I wish I was more here, I will say I think there is the potential for a good case against me but the case presented by those voting me is to my read pretty lacking.

I will also say part of me just wants to vote chip because I don't actually want a double elimination today or yet another replacement into this game.

I really don't like seven currently.

If you think I was defending Logos you are surely mistaken, basically logos is either scum, or we're in near mountainous or we have strongman only scum.

Of these I rate that scum is highest likelihood but part of the bastard could be to make the game less solvable as mountainous by making it near instead though I think that is taking some of the fun out of it now that reading reminds me of the backup.

[X] Vote Logos

This is the best I got on my time crunch

[X] Vote Logos

At this point I think Logos needs to die. It is going to be informative anyway.

The case still feels like a bit of a gamble to me, but it has more merit than I thought.

[X] Vote Logos

Not my favourite wagon, would prefer to vote out Wies here as I think that's the safer bet, but that doesn't seem viable at the moment. So putting my vote here now, in case of last minute swings whilst I'm away.

Thank you. I was asleep, and this reminded me to come check things rather than forgetting EoD was impending.

That said, calling me to directly argue here is something I'll need to decline per policy. Directly arguing your innocence is, to me, a scum tell, as scum is more incentivized to do so. Thus, regardless of alignment I view it as a mistake to be avoided, either because it draws down attention away from scum, or because it draws down attention on scum, depending on your alignment. It'd be a winning move as a jester, but for that reason a tad obvious there too.

As for role, I've been straight with you all, with the role as given to me. Considering the role list so far, I can see the case that it stands out, but what am I to do there? Well, aside from not claiming the moment it looks like I got useful information again. That's probably gone from mistake to bad habit, now.

If you all feel this vote will help you solve, go right ahead. I'd push someone else, but I still don't have any good scumreads.

Twenty minutes left if anyone feels like bringing anything up to overturn this...

Well, that sure is a tiebreaker.

I'm okay with this vote, actually - Logos would have been my second choice anyways, both for the points Nictis raised previously and because some of the previous voting history around them strikes me as untrustworthy. Wies switching sides is kind of a surprise, though.

Well, probably too late for a CFD now. Alas.

Here's hoping the flip is helpful to you. Good luck.

The 4th Perfectly Normal Day
With maybe only a few exceptions, everyone has yet another perfectly normal night! As has unfortunately also become perfectly normal, though, there's one less voice the following day.

@ComiTurtle has been Perfectly Normally Nightkilled. He was Perfectly Normal Ascetic, a member of the Perfectly Normal Town.

Day 4 has begun, and will end in .

Wow who killed ComiTurtle just to prove me WRONG. Was it you Zae? Seems like something you'd do
