Hereafter [Worm x Fate/Grand Order]

I wonder if twins may see Taylor somewhat like Servants - they appear at very much their prime - Emiya, Janne/Alter, Arash - they look same age as Taylor but act much older, and she is too.
I imagine so. She's that little bit larger than life, the combination of a wealth of experience and that sense of confidence and presentation that comes from years as a high-profile cape. She's a legend in the flesh, even if she doesn't get the Throne-granted power to back it up.

And really, it's not like they'd be wrong to see her that way, however she might disagree. The only way she isn't ending up in the Throne of Heroes is if something manages to conceptually destroy her first. The only real difference between her and the Servants is that she hasn't gotten around to dying yet.

She blinked, bewildered, and her mouth dropped open a little soundlessly, and I took that as my moment to turn around and leave, walking back towards the double doors at the front of the chapel. Behind me, as I pushed them open, I heard her whisper to herself, "Oh. So that's what that feels like."

Okay, if this results in Medea being Taylor's next summon because she's crushing on her now, I'm going to laugh.

Well, *wiggles hand*, not really expecting it, but that's my takeaway.

Mmm.

Rika gasped.

"You've got two good legs," she breathed, like she'd just come to some kind of epiphany, "so get up and use them."

Is that… Fullmetal Alchemist? Pretty popular in this Singularity, huh.

That's right, Rika, once more into the breach. Get in the goddamn giant robot, and hope that by the end of it, your therapist's bills will be covered in the severance package.

Look, it's not the full Chaldea experience if there isn't a Servant trying to get into their Master's pantsromance the main character.
Doesn't help that Chaldea's quota of Thirsty Servants hasn't been met due to Kiyohime being absent in Singularity 1. She's a weird one. Gets a ton of scenes in the events and interludes, but has almost no main story presence besides France and Shimosa. I really do hope she does eventually show up. If only for the gag set up in france in the game proper. (We leave the singularity, and somehow she follows up and we get a free copy.)

This Chaldea does not have Arturia for Medea to make figurines for. She makes Taylor's instead, after watching Caster fight sim. Taylor is ok with it, it's not like cape merch is anything new.

Mostly unrelated: While Servant Taylor won't appearing in this story, there one thing that created by Taylor being in the Throne of Heroes at all - Space Taylor from Servant Universe. Explicitly different person than original (Mysterious Heroine is not Arturia), yet..

Ah yes, the glorious High Priestess of Administrator-chan… now I'm imagining Taylor in an office outfit for fanservice, ugh.

Fanservice Taylor is ofc Summer Lancer Taylor, with Armsmaster's Halberd and a Leviathan themed NP.
Don't forget the lawsuit from the other Summer Lancer with a connection to Leviathan:

Mysterious Alter Ego Λ

Mysterious Alter Ego Λ was available for summoning during: She shares the exact ATK values at minimum with Artoria Pendragon (Santa Alter). She shares the exact ATK values at both minimum and maximum with Jeanne d'Arc Alter Santa Lily. She possesses a second Noble Phantasm, Lament of the Seventh...

hey @James D. Fawkes I don't know if you just forgot to post it, but the new chapter isn't up on Ao3 yet
Thanks. I had it all ready to go, so I'm not sure how I missed actually posting it.

She did show up, very briefly, alongside Liz in Septem as one of Stheno's minions, but I don't think I ever even named them in that section, so you could be forgiven for not realizing it.

After establishing Rika as a fan, it felt wholly fitting that the way she regained some of her confidence was by realizing that what Taylor was telling her mapped pretty well to what Ed says early on in the series.

She also gets Casual Spiriton Dress in Casino or Summer Camp event.
Article:
I put on jeans and a black and red spaghetti strap top that left some of my midriff exposed.

She also has Travel Portrait CE
Article:
I'd removed my glasses and regretfully donned contact lenses, slathered on sunscreen and donned a white summer dress and sandals, along with a big, wide-brimmed sun hat that was incongruous enough to mark me as a possible tourist. Shopping bags and loosely braided hair helped complete the image.

I did have my bugs, flowing through my hair, beneath my hat and between the dress and my bare skin.

Weird question to the author: will there be Servants summoned who are "ahead of the timeline", story-wise?

Like, say, Taylor summoning Qin Shi Huang, for example.

I've thought about it, but haven't made any decisions on the issue just yet, which I suppose is a decision on its own.

Ah, since it never really gets explicitly stated in the text, I guess I should have mentioned somewhere that Medea's intentions were to tear Jason's world out from under him, so that's another part of why she didn't just have Hektor stab Jason in the back and grab the Grail. She wants him to lose everything again and despair.

Listen. I like Medea and her character a lot, but I'm not blind to how much of a vindictive, petty bitch she can be when she feels like she's being mistreated.

Of course, although Taylor would have been able to understand that impulse, she would have been very unamused that Medea was willing to risk their success for it. Which is perhaps why Medea doesn't come out and say it outright.

It can get weird, mainly because there isn't strictly speaking one 'canonical' Chaldea, and the ties of en, or in other words the abstract connection, doesn't prevent things like Servants popping up sooner then they should be, so long as a tie is made in a Chaldea to act like a bridge. And because one Chaldea has ties to a Lostbelt or previously unavailable Servant, it isn't infeasible for Lostbelt Servants to show up in any other Chaldea, just unlikely as one would pull them in a gacha game.

Like arguably the whole reason why Jeanne d'Arc Alter was able to be summoned here without her nominal event is because she's already obtained the standing required to be summoned elsewhere within the Human Order, or at least within the Tree of Time that is FGO.

Dear God. I shudder to think of what the Servantverse would do with Taylor.
