The young white court vamps are still pretty human, it'd make sense if the ones that can't smother their sense of empathy completely but need to induce say suicidal depression to stay alive would start having issues.

Not that they aren't all harmful in their own way, but it'd be easier for a Raith to lie to themselves about it until they're fair enough gone not to care.

Fear vampires probably feed quite well at horror movie theaters and things like rollercoasters.
Its despair vamps that will find it a lot harder for self delusion; places like longterm prisons, poorly managed nursing homes and terminal wards dont leave all that much room for ignoring precisely who or what you are doing to survive.

Also, the Odin and Rose options are not time-sensitive.
Black Rider is.

Cities and police departments auction off unclaimed vehicles all the time.
It would be a lot more difficult to deal with this if Chicago PD auction off the car to someone else and we have to track it down later on the other side of the country because it was sold to some Mercedes enthusiast in Florida or Hawaii who has no interest in reselling it.

Yep.

Cars that have been impounded are also frequently vandalized or stolen, IIRC, not to mention the incidental damage that accumulates in the storage yards by careless workers and weather exposure.

Black Rider is a loyal minion who deserves to be freed to roam the highways as our trusty steed.

We also need to rescue him before the possession ends, otherwise we lose easy access to a really nice car.

Least of all torments is not particularly painful, but it is a nice car.

And what happens to it in that month? It can be temporary and still be unnecessarily unpleasant.

Its one thing if there was something else critical or time sensitve that we had to address elsewhere; that would justify leaving the Rider where it is. But there isnt. There's no requirement or expectation we must meet Odin in the next week, or even next month.
Rose of Autumn doesnt even expect us back in Chicago this week; we told her we were in Cleveland with family.

There's a precedent worth setting here about how we consider and treat our minions, whether spirits or humanoids.
Given that we will eventually be responsible for eight to ten figure numbers of people when our Hell shows up, how we balance our minions interests in relationship to our own matters.

The car was impounded by the cops, you will get an option to try and spring it once you have access to some place you can stash a stolen car, like that Undertown station (though that would come with its own complications) or one of Marcone's garages if you choose to work with him.

We should at the very least make it so no one else wants to buy it full price. Tell the black rider to make the car seem as much a piece of junk as it can.

A bit late, but.

Of all the factions the white Court is currently the faction that I least fear at the moment. We can both out fight and out social them. Also we know out of character that the leader is actually powerless and running on bluff.

If we marched into Raith Manor right now we would actually have a not insignificant chance of being able to straight take over the whole place. If we got invited in it would be even easier.

Well if we hadn't intervened the red court vampires likely would have still attacked and likely won and without our help their losses would have been greater. Don't know how effectively the reds would have been at looting the place, but I don't think that they would have been able to use the stuff as well as the pathfinders.

If course if we hadn't attacked we would not have gotten the loot or XP.

Can someone list out all the get money quick schemes that have come up in the thread? I know that there has been many of them. It seems like this will likely be the time to use them.

From memory:.
  • Craft up a bunch of stuff and sell it.
  • Crown lottery numbers and other valuable information.

Find someone you do not like and hack their account to wire you money is another thing that just got easier now that you have minions who can hack.
