We really should get hollow mind possession, the city of Chicago is currently setting up an integrated camera network to be completed in 2006. We could tap the entire cities camera network with one use of hollow mind possession

That is the single best reason I've seen anyone give for learning the Charm. I still think other stuff takes greater priority, but at least this gets it on the list, IMO.
Most of the anti tech tricks would stop working once we take control of the network. Would be a surprise for our enemies to suddenly have police raids on their safe houses.

in fairness plenty have the police in their pockets. Though yes also even if it didn't fix that issue plenty of stuff CAN and DOES get caught on camera which is supernatural like even harrys been caught on camera before and you can easily track white court and denarians for the most part.

so how much of the internet can we circumvent with demons and how much do we want to? Any charms that let us make demons wholesale who aren't by defauly some sorta evil or tech spirits of some kind?
The only charm that lets us make spirits is to use Inner Devils Unchained to awaken someone's inner darkness as an evil spirit, then use Sapphire Banishment to extract it from them (doing fatal amounts of damage in the process).
I don't know if anyone mentioned this, but to my knowledge, white courts don't care about faith or holy symbols.
Until they fledge, they are basically human. Afterwords, they need to worry about thresholds and the bane of their particular clan. (for Raiths, this would be true love, for instance.)
Not that I think she's a White Court, but we may encounter them in the future.

don't even need to worry about thresholds really and yeah faith does nothing just their opposite weakness. The thresholds don't hurt white court at all they do what happens to wizards they leave most of their power at the door if not invited in.
Edit: Given a threshold with properties of their weakness probably harms them michaels house probably harms raiths on principle given the house is basically a temple of true love and has housed amarochious (incorrect spelling) for a long while and the angels on the yard who probably radiate specific things too at least when they lived there.
True courage and true hope are probably transiete things well less defined as they come at random times unlike true love. You could maybe argue that michael radiates true hope as he cares for even the denarians and hope might be near equivalent to faith.

given that might be because tech is well relatively a recent thing in its current form I would not be surprised if tech spirits of the internet form in the next centuries just that stuff takes time to form and so isn't important.
IDK if it'd work that way.
But the strength of the threshold is proven to matter- long term family homes of loving families are pretty much top tier as far as thresholds go to my understanding. Harry's threshold is basically nothing, because his bachelor pad is basically just some place where he lies his head.
True Love protection can also rub off on related objects (Lara has a scar she got from a wedding ring.)
Pretty much all of it, and their is a shard charm to let hollow mind possession to work thou the internet so our reach becomes the world basically.

more I think that michaels house specifically is a symbol of his love with his wife (then again word of jim true love can harm white court raiths only if its a love for equals. So siblings yes parent to child and vice versa not so much. So maybe the true love wouldn't affect an entire house since its too big. There are probably a fair few items in Michaels house though that radiate true love and michael and charity themselves.) The sword definitely would harm raiths I imagine then again the sword you know also probably loves them too and angel stuff so who knows.
Edit: People think michael radiates true hope since he has hope for even those he fights like the denarians and well platonic love even if hes not perfect?

Honestly, Just Michael being Michael is probably enough to discourage any white courts from entering the house. They are more social monster than combat ones.
That doesn't mean we can't or wont encounter one. I'm just not worried about one literally showing up at our house. (maybe if we move out, but that's something to worry about much later.)

pffft I'm not worried about them at all the only one firmly better at us in combat I know of right now would be mister raith himself and hes a cripple and we will definitely outpace him eventually.
Hey dragon paradox the exact mechanics in canon aren't known raith seems to largely be immune to direct magic does our magic bypass that? At a certain point I imagine you'll be making stuff up even for stuff that will probably be revealed in later books right? not that we likely need to deal with them from what we know they've be thralled by lara and are currently a puppet.
