Green Flame Rising (Exalted vs Dresden Files)

I would guess that the "difficulty" of conquest increases as you go deeper in the Labyrinth. As to honor - no one is a villain in their own story (well, almost no one).
Hmm I just figured it'd be a big part of their culture given leaving is the greatest crime and that they don't choose spite over letting us rule if we win.

The important question is, are these Creation People or not. Because, if they are, then there is the chance they may be able to Exalt as Dragonblooded.

Because as per quest canon, Earth humans are another iteration of Humanity and there should be no one with Dragonblood in them.

Perfect honesty time: I haven't thought too deeply on it.

Oh, I haven't even thought about that. Yeah, that'd be something.

infernal exalts hell native humans could have dragon blood? It'd be symbolically ironic they do as they are literally under two big ass dragons.

One of the oldest names for this world recorded in the City of Scrolls is 'Sanctuary', that said as far as you know no one here has exploded into anima banners of the five elements.

ExWoD treats being dragonblooded as being part of specific bloodlines and not as a categorical thing. If generations of incidental mixing don't make normal people count at least a little there then even being Creation type humans probably doesn't. It'd basically require us to have recreated their exaltations from the ground up to spark the potential as an incidental feature of our hell.

Let me rephrase it. Dragonblooded are a bloodline that died out when creation humans died out.

The humanity Molly and earth is a part of, reevolved. We know this from the Crown question.

So there should be no Dragonblooded running around. I asked as it would be a neat way to introduce DBs without recons.

Had a thought given the harder nature of permanently killing things do you suppose more primitive and older societies in the past started rehabilitation way earlier than real life? Also you know likely slavery of some kinds but thats another matter.

[X] Ascend the Throne, he's right you can handle the rest of this later, but if people are waiting, if people are watching they should see a ruler, not a confused gir
- [X] Delegate delegate delegate.
- [X] Dad, Harry, meet Usum. Usum is the voice inside my soul. Usum, be a dear and go let people know I'm here. Oh, and fetch someone from medical when you do please.

At some point we need to explain to Harry that this is all one giant lifeboat. A vehicle designed to save a people from the end of a world by building a place for them within the soul of one of the few things enduring enough to survive the end of creation and into the new world.

The simplest way to handle Usum in this world is to give him Molly's socials. He's part of Molly's soul. He should be treated less like an separate character but as an independent extension of Molly.

It would make sense, if he stays in this realm when we go back, for him to sit as regent.

Exile was a very common punishment in the legal codes of the Five Cities as far back as they go with some of the harshest punishments being exile to the Forests. There are entire tribes made up of behemoth riding woolly porcupine herding peoples which were founded by exiles.

2) Usum is using the exact same term for the process as Lash did.

… I'm not sure if I'm conspiracy boarding or not, but there's an interesting intersection here with the religion you crafted:

"Life here will begin out there". I didn't write these words, on the velum pages made from my own skin, with ink made of burnt bones of ancient monsters, under the light of candles burning green. In fact, I, nor my parents nor my child and wife, exist at all, as the devils I call forth from the hells unlike this one, and monsters summoned from further still, gleefully tell me. We all are but a backstory to a play yet unwritten, existing as a possibility among an infinity of its peers. They offer me this knowledge freely, gladly, safe in the knowledge that this is not happening. They desire that I despair, break and blaspheme, that I utter oaths unbreakable even if they are, in fact, unspoken, sell myself and all to follow me to their masters for the surety of becoming, and in doing so transform myself into a hidden poison at the heart of my future mistress.
The Throne becomes you Majesty and you are Becoming."

The emphasis on being and becoming real strikes me as something that would be very iconic and commonly referenced in the common experience of the faith by the people in and around it. Becoming even seems like something that itself would be a special term to them with the same theological energy thrown at it as trinity got from Christianity.

Maybe it's coincidence, but it strikes me as potentially significant that Usum's line there perfectly fits the trappings of the faith to the point where they don't even need to pretty his speech up to slap it into their holy book and could be describing a greater cosmic process.

Perhaps Becoming in the Covenant of the Empress-To-Be sense, of potential existence that is aware and active despite not being "real" becoming something "true", accidentally mirrors something about what Molly is going through on the next layer of reality up from them.

Question, now that we have access to an advanced civilization does our tool charm also get updated to have access to all the advanced tech tools?

Second, is there any way to create a more permanent portal between the worlds? It would be awfully handy to have a way outside of our very limited carry capacity to move people and things back and forth. It's not like our Hell isn't powerful enough to defend such a gate.

It would be nice, for example, to have a connection fixed enough to interact with the Library of Congress as a the leader of a sovereign nation (who also happens to legitimately have US citizenship) rather than an empowered teenager. Pretty sure we are also now big enough to apply for being a member of the Accords if we want.

Their broad tech level is about the same as the Wicked City so on that level you keep the same tools, which to be clear are better than any mortal tools of merely earthly tech. That being said they are going to look different now, more spider themed exoskeletons for one.

Not at the moment. Keep in mind that just to get in the normal way Molly has to roll against the Gauntlet of her own willpower and that is 9.

Another question - Does our Hell contain any gods? Are there god citizens?

It contains a lot of spirits, but they are not thought of as gods nor are the worshiped. The Covenant is monotheistic.

Only spider themed really? lol. I mean we have multiple species and humans still. Also a part of me finds it hilarious the spider people make spider themed tech. Then again in the description this world was basically a dream so being made of stereotypes makes sense.
