We learned something new today. Networking and cowing weaklings into submission is the same thing. When I voted for that option I thought we would go for a more charismatic/backstabbing way. Not terrify grown men like a real life boogeyman. Oh well.

I assume the Potters are to "busy" to apeara

Can you explain the tiers of success.

[X]Order : Why is everything on fire?!

Not the most tactical decision, but I want see Rufus on fire. Or everything else around him.

Tiers of success depend on how many multiples of the skill number you get when you add roll, skill score and bonuses. That'll be updated come next turn, I'll explain in detail then.

As for Walburga, she died of dragon pox last turn. Still pining for a guy who never paid any attention to her :V .

Jesus that's depressing.

So... We lost a major battle to Riddle, lost our Rampart Heroes 3 thing and signed a contract with a death goddess, right? If not for the last thing, I would have been incredibly dissapointed that our Heroes were brought back to life. I want Riddle to win this one - he seems to work for his wins.

Martha is a badass.

[X]Death : Just the two of us~

I would point out that we technically won, twas however a pyrrhic victory.
As in, this should never happen again or we're screwed kind of victory .

To be fair, it was a bad idea to go there from the start, since, you know, you didn't even bother to contact Walburga. And now she died. So yeah, her son's pretty hostile and Dace simply doesn't have the necessary skills to smooth it over, and since Elizabeth's back in America since the divorce, she couldn't help you for that...

Lucius tried, at least, so your reputation didn't take a hit.

If it makes you feel better, and as some players have begun to guess, this will come with rather heavy costs down the line. Also, Cherry's color is purple. It's kinda important if you reread the last couple of updates. Disappointed that the detail hunting squad didn't jump on that. And Riddle's gonna come back in a few turn and when he does, he won't try to attack you with a scouting party.

Nah, it clearly was a loss, it was Martha's solo win, and since in later battles, you're gonna control her... :V

Edit: Also the Rumors spread :
Joker
Mysterious hooded person.
Overlord/Death/MHP

[X] Joker : I'm fairly sure a human spine is not supposed to bend that way...

I'm both alarmed and intrigued by this faction sheer existence

Nah, thinking of terminating the quest QQ side because nobody talks at all, not even to vote. I'm trying to coax the discussion out of them here on SV, but they're recalcitrant, even when I throw hints about the endgame and all !

The only purple was Oliver's SL degregation.... oh. She's trying to get rid of Dace's SLs. She probably pushed on Elizabeth and offed Walburga too. :o

Is there a way we can increase our empathy?
If the fountain adds two point to all our stats, would that include empathy?

A way to increase empathy... Well, managing to pass an empathy related action. You need to roll over 95 for that.

As for empathy, it's a skill under Diplomacy, not a stat.

That reminds me I need to add that diplo increase...

By the way, are new players getting involved, from other dimension? I'd like to see Darkest Dungeon's Ancestor in play here.
