Water Filtration can wait, don't want Silco to take credit for the water fix as a way to justify his regime.
On the other hand, Silco is building his regime on "Everything in Zaun sucks, and it's Piltover's fault." Making things in Zaun not suck undermines that simmering anger a bit.

Basically we focus on social not dangerous stuff which would help Jinx heal from trauma, and allow her to be a Kid for a few years...

I think that two things that are absolute musts to get are the clean water and clean air tech due to how much people that would help. Not to mention seriously helping Zaun and it's citizens.

Also like 40% of the reason we're doing this is to actually HELP ZAUN.
I was about to say something about this earlier but you guys pretty much beat me to it. One of our main motivations has always been to actually help Zaun. So picking stuff that actually does that seems like an absolute must.

Actually one of the main reasons that Jayce and Viktor were working on Hextech was to help people. Doing somehting like giving the people pf Zaun clean air and clean water using hextech would be something that they would both heavily approve of since it's not only helping people but using Hextech to do so. Viktor would especially be happy as a Zaun native and someone who got sick from all the pollution from Zaun.

I can think of one reason to not do both the air vent and the water purification

So that the remaining one is treated as the current/next project. But that depends on the thread doing follow through, even if I'd think that having a Zaun improvement project to structure/argue for/do the work in getting done would be interesting and a good way to keep Jinx and the thread grounded in why she's different than Silco.

Maybe would swap zapper to something else.

I think people have to keep in mind there is going to be another time skip. Things Zaun must have things don't generally need to be must have things for this vote.

There is also a balance between doing Zaun things and Piltover things, as well as doing none tech things. I think three and three works best. Three techs of either class, three non-tech. Three Zaun, Three Piltover.

I also think Kiramman's is the only of the Non tech that absolutely has to go through, just because Jinx is going to need experience in the political. Similarly, any with crime fighting in Zaun should have hoverboard for quick getaways.

It might be good to take both actions with Caitlyn to build maximum rapport for guiding her away from cop aspirations.

Bit of a balance between my other plans. Honestly, I'd rather firelight bombs for the flight synergy.

The next chapter of this quest is going to pick up several years down the line. That doesn't mean Jinx is going to be sitting around doing nothing for all those years. A few things like attending classes at the Academy are locked in, but I want to give the players some options for what else Jinx gets done in all that downtime.

Choose Six (6) options from the list of choices below. Plans must include at least one choice from each category: Jinx needs a little variety in life to not get bored.

Please use Plan Format to keep things clean.

Depending on how the winning plan comes together thematically, Jinx might pick up a positive trait or some other bonus. I always enjoy a fun thematic plan over folks just trying to figure out the best numbers (not that this quest and system have many of those).
One last reminder that this isn't canon time skip and there will be another, and that fun thematic plans are more enjoyable for the QM.

Okay, so I have my first plan in progress. Combine the magic flow regulator, Kiramman, and mage law reform for some nice synergy, and hoverboards plus flying bombs with ZDK + Cupcake for turning Jinx and Caitlyn into flying, Silco goon fighting, acrobatic badasses. We'll get all Bruce Wayne up in this thing. More to follow.

This plan is more laid back. Focuses on getting a grounding for politics before we try anything and not getting into fights in Zaun too often. Bit more of a senior Hextech partner than a big fly hero, which I don't like, but still, worthwhile.

A plan for a balanced approach between building a charge and crime fighting Zaunite/Kiramman reformist.

Essentially, I have my big hero with flight themes who pushes mage reform very successfully, my build up to good things over time plan, and the plan that tries to balance a bit of scholar and Zaun improvement with crime fighting.

A hoverboard is essential for fast getaways. No plan to fight crime, with or without cupcake, should succeed without it.

It just switches mages reform with Jinx Kiramman, as the hexgates must be build first before, people can appreciate magic, plus its fair that the kirammans get one social link., plus it sets the steps for a mage reform later on, along with magic regulator.

There is also the fact that Jayce might become a part of the council. In version 2 once Jinx has the political knowhow she could reform the mage law when she is older.

Can the mage law be done after time skip, or would it take years of foundation, so has to be done combined with Jinx kirahman?

What tech is more important of the three Hexgate or refined hexgem or magical regulator?

The Hexgates are probably what the council will care about most. It's what would increase trade. Plus the sling shot could give Jinx better ideas for her Hextech guns.

Edit: Isnt she keeping contact with her friends and the actions to meet up just pushes the relationship forward.

Edit2: Without revising mage law I don't think the regulator makes sense to make. She can't use her spells in public or in battle.
