Once voting is over I would love someone to write up a (clear, detailed) summary/timeline of what the hell happened here. In exchange I'll donate $10 CAD to the charity of your choice (I get veto but I'll work with you to find something I find unobjectionable and you find valuable).

Obviously, Taylor's race and class are locked in, as is Calliope's class. We are only trying to figure out what to do with Calliope's race and Drew's class. Possibilities include:

(Drew) Wizard Supremacist OR Mystic Scholar
(Calliope) Catkin OR Chronan

I'm going to choose Wizard Supremacist for Drew because I like the idea of him blasting things, plus it's simpler to write and more exciting. (Also because it got 21 votes as a line item. And because I like the idea of Moose being super smart after the Int bonus gets copied to him.)

I'm not sure what to do with Calliope; I'll sleep on it and figure something out tomorrow.

Time traveling catkin. Has literal 9 lives in that it can rewind, fast forward or stop time by 9 seconds each way 9 times a day. Looks like a black cat with white clocks in its fur

It seems I already lost the Drew vote. No amazing Mystic Scholar shenanigans for at least one level.
Here's hoping we don't lose the race vote too. Losing both would be a blow, tbh, especially when Chronan is so much better than Catgirl.

Even disregarding the tactical concerns and my distaste for the "trillions of alien freaks will be sexualising a child offscreen if we pick this" aspect of things, Catkin IS just too much of an obvious choice. Nothing interesting or special there, unless we get one of the "OC DONUT STEEL" edgy Catkin subraces.

I sort of regret having to go sleep in the final few hours of the vote, that mass-ping + two pages with zero good arguments was a bitch to read upon waking up.

There's a solid upside to Wizard Supremacist in its own right though. While normally stat changes don't affect personality, EJ has said on discord that Moose's case is different since the infusion of intelligence is what's granting him sapience in the first place. So it's quite plausible that giving him the +20 int from Wizard Supremacist will make him a much smarter dog-person than if we had only given him +2.

Plus, it's just a strong class to mimic. I supported it purely for that during the early phases of voting when we didn't have all these combos set up, and it'll presumably serve us well just as a magical nuke for the duration of floor 3. I still would've preferred going Mystic Scholar first to keep some of that pure firepower permanently, but even just for one floor it's a pretty solid class.
 
The QM was suspiciously enthusiastic about us taking WizSup. I expect he has something fun planned, either with the disadvantage or with the class actually making Drew a Wizard Supremacist.
 
Time Leo has intrigued me enough that I'm really hoping that's what wins out.
