No. The only way you get catgirl is if you vote for wizard along with catgirl. The person who made Plan Catgirl Leo did not make a complete plan. It does not specify an option for Drew. Therefore, Catgirl + Wizard makes a complete plan.
Moose in a Time Cube is a complete plan all on its own. If you want to beat it then BOTH of Catgirl and Wizard have to be ahead of Time Cube. (Or tied with it and then hope I choose Wizard+Catgirl.)
Next time a vote like this happens I'm simply going to tell people that any vote that is not complete is ignored.

I mean, it's about as story defining as the very first vote for how Taylor would use his week of preptime, but unlike that one the quest has actually been around long enough for people to find it.

Man, if I'd been here then I would have been advocating going full QAnon to gather a large crowd gullible enough to buy the story, heavily armed enough to be useful on the first few levels, and disposable enough that we won't care when they inevitably die.
