I'd actually planned on doing that, to be completely honest.
Let's try something new.
I think we could do away with the problematic parts of cat girl if Leo looked more cat than human. Full-on feline features, only bipedial. Leo could totally rock the werecat look.

So, disconnected from the vote, but in the Discord there's a bit of a plan brewing, for those unaware of it.
Essentially, Blitz Sticks, a highly addictive and hallucinogenic drug becomes available on the cheap. Temporary buff, +3 Intelligence if I recall - their permanent buff? 15% for a permanent +1 Intelligence. The downside, being excrutiating debuffs.
Taylor has a class now, that allows him to transfer any debuff over to himself, and to a mob. So essentially, the though process is to test this out on some Mobs, getting them Blitzed, and make sure it works properly. Next test? Use one of the easily acquired Blitz Sticks to bump Moose up to a +1 Intelligence; Drew would be pretty essential in all this process mind you. And then we can transfer the debuff off of the doggo.
If successful as intended, Moose gets his sapience a full couple of floors early, gets to open his boxes, become a legitimate party member, and possibly choose a class. I think the benefits, assuming we test things properly on the mobs, make this all too entirely viable and worth it.
This would all need to be in one sitting likely, on account of the patches likely coming in very, very quickly. We'd only get one shot for it.
That's the plan, don't think I missed anything.
Edit: Okay, eating the Blitz Sticks is actually what offers the temp buff. Smoking them offers a chance for the permabuff. Have to clarify after rereading. So testing would be fairly simple - test Sticks on Mobs until one gets a +1 Intelligence, and then transfer the debuffs away.

Yes, but it's a pipe. Not sure you can smoke cigarettes/cigars in one.
Edit: also, I think it makes you immune to all effects of the drugs you smoke in it.

His class changes every floor. Senator has some really nice skills we'll want to keep if we can keep skills at all, but none of them contribute to immediate survivability. And we really need that.
