The idea being that with nothing better to do (and her sanity rather slipping), Divine Beatrix declares an Exalted March on Navarra to put their Mortalitasi properly under the Templars and Circle like they should be.

Exactly. But not under the circle. At least, the Mortalitasi aren't.

Even though Mortalitasi are well-respected within the kingdom, mages outside Nevarra fear them and there are beliefs that they are actually a death cult performing macabre rituals in the Grand Necropolis.[

Again you should realize my lack of knowledge of this game.

I am trying to have fun and if you want it can be secretly.

Look the kid if based on Lothric for God's sake! He needs magic to do bad things like not set himself on fire to extend the Age of No Blights!

That's fine, it had nothing to do with you. It was me remembering that we have a senile madwoman in charge of the Chantry and a nation of necromancers living just north of Orlais.

She really wants to march on this when there is an entire nation literally under a government called a Magocracy. and add to the fact you're going to march against people who consider dragon slaying a right of passage.
