It's Hebrew, yes. It's roughly "good omens and good luck for us"; it's a wedding song.
(Yiddish sounds less like Hebrew and more like German.)
 
Well, it's definitely not PC, and besides, there's no single Jewish language. (Off the top of my head - Hebrew, Yiddish, Ladino, Jewish Arabic - all of those are Jewish languages to some degree.)
 
Actually, no, since Hebrew is Semitic, Yiddish is basically "German with a bunch of Hebrew words, written in Hebrew script", Ladino is Jewish Spanish, etc etc.
