I find it highly unlikely that a harbor megaproject is in the cards for the simple reason that megaprojects are one-civ-only, and I would be surprised if other civs didn't focus more strongly on navies than we do.
That does make sense. Though we might be able to catch back up on infrastructure with some significant investment. Maybe Lighthouse Megaproject?

I really want to catch up on temples and stone walls myself.
We already have Temples, next thing is probably... what Cathedrals? Stone walls though. Those I want. I want those bad. We should have the actions/econ to just take that in a turn too. Want that and the laws and more boats. Get that sea trade going.

No, we have like... two temples. It's regular infrastructure now. And we have like 6+ more to build to max out.

Oh! I thought you meant on temple megaprojects and I was confused. Yeah, we do need to work on our infrastructure backlog. Thankfully we're big enough now to have the actions for that. Though, mega-temples would be nice to get sometime too. Probably need to finish what we've got first though. I really really want to get all our mega-projects done before someone else gets to them first.

If we can convert them while removing the immortals from existence, that'd be great. Also removing all worshipers of Urth. We don't want them or Nalnir to continue to exist longer than necessary.

As I said earlier I think we can work her, her Daughters and their followers into our faith. Their religion is relatively new.

Should be easier than removing worship of Urth wholesale.

What? Are you kidding me, they're great! They're a known element, a buffer between us and Everything Else out there (probably Communist Bears), they are delightfully evil in all the hammiest possible ways, and they know not to mess with us! What more could we want in neighbours?

Seriously, I was joking, but the "knows not to mess with us" thing is actually important. I invite you to look at the map.

We need to grab those Northern Lowlander tribes while they're weakened. Also, guys, we should go for the Marketplace megaproject now, before ending the GA with the diplo bonus, now that we have control over the trade hub.
The second biggest thing on the map is the Coltyre. We know almost nothing about them, their tech levels, their culture, and they haven't picked a fight yet. Who wants to bet they're next? I mean, "attempting to dethrone the Arthwyd" is practically a rite of passage around here. Every single other civ we've come in contact with has tried to do that at some point or another (well, except our close allies the Colryd, but then we stole their capital), and the Coltyre have been quietly growing for a while now.

Seriously, they haven't done anything but consolidate their powerbase. Proccess that. That's the sort of shit we would do. Just how much infrastructure do these guys have up their sleeves? And what have they been doing with it? Because I'm pretty sure these guys have loads of Boarfolk, and fighting Boarfolk is never fun, particularly when they have an actual civ backing them up instead of scattered barbarian tribes.

So we do what we always do:

1. Diplomance.
2. Prepare for War if it breaks out
3. If we are in a war. Win.
4. Diplomance some more.

... Shit. Hey guys, remember when the lowlands had an Epic Age which we basically sat out and expanded? That's what the Coltyre just did.

They've invented heavy cav, haven't they? I am actually really paranoid that they've invented heavy cav right now, and nothing can dislodge that thought from my head.

All boarfolk cav is heavy cav by nature of being boar cavalry.

Where is in the ruleset would be that megaprojects are necessarily civilization unique?

Megaprojects: Megaprojects are grand and impressive projects that can only be done once before further attempts become somewhat ordinary. Each megaproject gives a bonus when completed alongside a prestige boost and once a civ has completed a megaproject, the rest of the known world loses the ability to make that megaproject as the megaproject now becomes a normal extended project.

Bolding mine. So, maybe we could still do it as a mega-project because we don't know anyone ELSE who has it yet? So its not in existence in the "known world" yet. Hard to say whether it'd be available or not, but seems likely if we explore the seas, we'll run into someone who put significant effort into doing so.

Right, so I say we use our diplo hero to befriend them? At worst we get an ally on the border of the Forluc if things turn sour.

I think we need to expand more, we're basically a noodle. We can't keep relying on vassals as little buffer zones, what if an enemy army cuts our land in two? They'd just take over the smaller bit of land and then focus on taking over the rest. We should focus on exploring a bit more and making our little noodle of land into something a bit fatter.

Ok, then they've unlocked super-heavy, A.K.A., Armored Boar Cavalry. Panic start setting in yet?

Chill dude the coltyre spent the epic age sorta unifying, and getting a cultural identity(their only hero was a culture one iirc). Thats it they don't have legions of super heavy cav right around the border. Which I question why you even think they would have considering we produce all the metal and haven't even created armor yet? They probably have more cav but before the epic age they were just a confederation of boar folk tribes ruling over random lowlander settlements in the area.

Their population has to be a fraction of ours.

Still think they would make good allies now.

We have a bunch, but the tribes are so depopulated that we can not recruit a meaningfull amount of them.
