[X] [Mega] Gain at least two Technologies
Tech! I'd rather not upgrade a Bloodline Blessing knowing Urth will covet and all to easily gain access given the Daughters.

[X] [Mega] Gain at least two Technologies
[X] [Mega] Unlock another Divine Blessing.

[X] [React] Focus on exploring. ([SEC] More Fishing, [SEC] Explore Lands = Western Coast, [SEC] Explore Lands = Northern Coast)

Picking exploration so we don't have to do this in the next few turns since they are unlikely to win in voting. Also, boats.

@Oshha In the future could one of the bonuses be for Arthryn to make a mount(giant cats or whatever) for us like the All Boar? I want fantasy cav.

Alright now that was a solid turn. So here are my thoughts for next turn if the current leaders in the vote wins;

We will be up to 9 temp Econ at the start so I think we do a Sec Farming action to get it up to 14. This will let us Main the Stone Wall Megaproject and finish it in a single turn like we just did with the Sacred Forest.

Also, thanks to our upgrade in government status we have a forth action which I think we should use to swap our Province action to Study. This will let us constantly advance our tech and magic automatically.

The Diplo option, I think at least, isn't really doing a whole lot as we are already influencing the Colryd passively with our priestesses in their royal court, it just wiffed trying to talk with the Coltyre who don't seem interested in diplomacy at all, and I am still not a fan of Urth or the Caradysh at all.

The only other people we can talk to are either the scattered tribes of the lowlands or the Boar-Folk up north and there isn't a whole lot to be gained for talking to them.

YOu're aware that dice are used, right? Things not working out one turn doesn't mean it won't work out the next.

Let not diplomance the largest cavalry force in the world. Let's get stabbed in the back by lowland tribes because we don't bother to gather information on them.

Let's not be on friendly term with Urth because he's evil and we care more about revenge than the health of our civilization.

I know but the fact remains that they were described both last turn and now this turn as being indifferent to us and we also know from this turn that they simply aren't centralized enough for Diplo actions to really stick.

We need to wait for them to get their stuff together into something more cohesive before we can really start interacting with them as a whole.

You do realize that a wait is a generation long, right?

Beside, they're a fricking confederacy.

Talking with the lowland tribes and the Boarfolk carry the same issue our attempt to talk with the Coltyre. They simply aren't centralized or cohesive enough of a civ to really talk and negotiate with.

Personally, I find not trusting a centuries old Undead to be a rather senseable course of action. Especially one that waged war upon us and then came back, body snatched our leaders body, corrupted the blessing of our goddess, and then waged war on us again. Might just be me though.

By talking to lowlanders, we influence their thought pattern and gain information on the lowland. Ditto for the confederation. What we want is them not to attack us.

If we don't talk to the Caradysh, we don't know the fuck what they're doing. While I don't trust Urth as far as I can throw her, it doesn't mean we should restrict ourselves of information.

I am aware. But the point stands that it might be a couple of turns before they do and I would rather not be blowing actions on them that we can use for other things.

I would also like to be more in control of when we do Diplo actions in general and to who we send them rather than the province action rolling a die to see who we talk to when we might prefer to talk to someone else.

It's called laying the groundwork. When the confederation is ready to talk to us, there will be friendly boar tribes vouching for us.
