Depends. I fear that that option would result in people double-thinking themselves into justifying Bronwyn's folly, rather than accepting that it was a big mistake. Like, they accept the teachings, but do that by twisting them until they fit with Bronwyn's idea.
Remember, despite the divine punishment people still think her ideas were good. If you make them build a Temple around Arthyn's ideas, then that's an ideal moment to (re)define those specific doctrines.

She and the other goddesses tried to get around everyone's born equal by putting her kids ahead, nothing wrong with that by giving your children as much of a chance as possible but it's to dangerous for our values so it's best that we remember her folly so we don't make it again.

To be honest, the story Godess can twist anything. It's why, conceptually, I don't like her. She is powerfull enough to redefine the entire civilization, change it's history, present and future.
No other God appears to have that power, or if they do, then they don't use it.

Arthryn is for more than just Bronwyn's Folly, and considering a good bunch of y'all voted to starve ourselves for her "glory" it seems like you all forgot too lol.
If one wants to best disperse her ideals into our civ, it would be best to dedicate our first Temple in the name of her teachings. Of equality, of organization, of fair management and understanding for all.

Kind of why the best way to punish her is to make her mute, and unable to communicate in any way possible. Also being struck dumb but aware of what she has lost as a punishment if she goes to far.
For the war goddess make her weak and feeble, her brilliant mind dull and so slow to uptake any information.
For the vain one? Take away her beauty and her voice and stories.
This is a good punishment for four generations as a lesson to stop being assholes. This could also go longer if they continue to mis-behave. As a sort of "spanking and go to your room/grounding" equivalent to gods.

I would prefer Unity wins but I can understand the logic in the Folly option as well. Ultimately I think they both get across the same message, "don't be selfish tools and value the community", so I'm ok with either, but I think Unity does it better.
Remember, this is our first Megaproject to the Pantheon, do you really want it to be about something like the negativity of the Folly or something positive and uplifting like Unity? This thing will probably become the center of the Pantheons Worship so I would rather it not be about Bronwyns hubris.
Also not a fan of any of the solo Arthryn options seeing as Arthryn herself is already getting a massive statue built by the Merntir.
