For a minute there I thought he ended up in 40k but hell kingdom hearts. The land of lore that makes zero sense it's right up there with the firsts destiny "I could tell you about the darkness"..... but I won't.

Oh, thank god. I didn't want to read about zombie dead people in corpse bride. Shudders. Undead relationships apparently squick me out.

I loved the intro into Kingdom Hearts. Um, I thought everything that Adam ate like that ended up imprisoned and used as a power source or something. Just flat out poof doesn't quite seem the same. Then again that's likely what Sarah needed.

It's also likely what caused him to end up in Kingdom Hearts. Can someone refresh my memory on nobodies and heartless? The lore in that series was rather silly at best.

I just recall it being a fun G rated game that linked up a lot of Disney properties and used generic black blobs as the bad guys. Those guys were rather invincible if you didn't have a key blade. I'm unsure if any of them ever actually were dead/defeated even after the keyblade user slashed them. It was just an infinitely respawning blob of enemies.

You would somehow clear checkmarks to save the world and banish them from it. Which didn't really make much sense. In other areas, it seemed like once any heartless showed up, the entire world was utterly doomed unless a keyblade wielder showed up.

I detest enemies that only a chosen one or weapon could defeat. Especially a nonlocal world hopper.

Much like Sailor Moon, they kept the property G rated for kids to play and made it more grimdark than WH40K and Worm when you really think about it. At least the locals had a fighting chance against chaos or the shards. Your world gets invaded by heartless or nobodies? You better pray that a keyblade wielder shows up or it's all poof gone. The locals are rarely that lucky.

Heartless?

Okay, for as much as I can handle of KH lore at one point in time, here is roughly what happened: Adam Shard (AS) accidentally turned it's self into a basic Shadow because it lacks a Heart (locally important soul analog), a body (no nobody form), or a mind (no unversed bs), nevermind enough of a soul to generate any of that stuff in the first place, so the only way for it to exist is to become a piece of Darkness. Which it just learned it can eat. So, possibly a future dark keyblade in his future maybe.

... You utter madman. Kingdom Hearts!? You are going to inflict a version of Adam upon that universe! What did it ever do to you, for you to do such a thing?!

Joking aside, now I'm curious about "when" in the timeline he will surface: during Sora's journey? During Aqua & co's time? The war? Or as far back as the timeline of the "MMO"?

Now that I think about it, there was a quirky Master during that time, always joking, kept his figure hidden under a cloak at all time, easily distracted and with a possible capacity for time travel... May or may not have something to do, volontarily or not, with the war even happening... Remind me a little of the kind of CHAOS that follows Adam wherever he goes...

I guess Warehouse Adam will get the relevant Data... later. Which is kind of sad, since I imagine there'd be some useful bits with Sadism there. I suppose he can always hoover up the trail of whatever the now dead parasite cast off, via Jumpchain web that ever increases. Again, time wonkiness means that there's likely an ever increasing invisible mesh (because stealth), that ends up snagging cast offs as they reach it. And would most likely ensure that the 'proper' events still happen. Don't want a time paradox to happen. (As an aside, man is it kind of creepy how some of the Jumps, in Adam's interpretation, just want to be 'consumed'. I guess they're the equivalent of fruits? Where the process of being absorbed into a Warehouse will end up spreading the seeds throughout the void, as it's digested? Like birds and plants. Something like that. Still disturbing, especially as it seems to be counter to how the other Jumps present themselves. Maybe it's them realizing how much they can be improved, without them realizing some of the caveats? Or perhaps just 'future Jumps that this Warehouse will spread will be that much more impressive, faster.')

And wow, is there going to be a lot of interesting Data for this newest Adam Shard to grab. I mean, just how Hearts work, and even the stuff with Sora's Heart. Not to mention Roxas. That's just going from the games from KH1, to KH2.

I wonder if this Adam will be fine with time travel or not. Because oh boy, there's so much craziness there in this verse. Well, provided Adam doesn't end up accidentally messing that up and prevent it from happening, depending on when in the timeline he dropped in, and how fast he can get out to the more 'visible' areas. Because if I recall correctly, there is at least one precog planner, that ended up setting some horrific crap in motion for... reasons? I can't remember the specifics, especially as I haven't really looked into that stuff beyond second hand.

But from what I remember, Warehouse Adam is going to maybe get all the horror of time travel going on there. Kind of hoping that the first 'clear' transmission back to him ends up being at one of those points.

Adam will be fine.

He will always be fine.

Him being defeated in a serious way will never happen, if something bad happens he will just fix it, making everything better in the process.

Thats how the story has being going for 3.5 arcs, and it will continue that way unless the author throws a curve ball(and that is not likely going to happen).

I don't read this story for the stakes, i am pretty sure that many readers forgot that Zion was a thing, and he isn't a thing because he isn't relevant anymore.

Zion is just now an annoying furniture that will be removed without complications.

So just enjoy the character interactions in this multiversal fix-fic power fantasy.

...I'm saying that Adam might end up stopping some of the KH-verse time travel from happening. You seem to have only took one sentence out of what I said, and removed the context of what 'it' was? Unless I'm completely misunderstanding what you're getting at.

Not sure where you got the idea of me saying Adam would not be fine from that? I mean, even if he ended up destroying the KH-verse from stopping one of the time travelling bits from occuring he'd likely end up surviving. Like I said, there's at least one person capable of seeing the future, to at least some degree, in KH. Adam's whole thing would either be a complete blindspot and thus unpredictable visions, or he's not, and changes from there. And that's not even counting if he ends up being early enough in the timeline where there's more direct interactions around. I mean, I could be misremembering that specific character actually having precog, and instead it was just really, really good planning.

One of the specific things I was thinking of was that "I'm going to recruit myself from multiple points in on own timeline to create a force to fight my enemies" big bad plotline. That's one of the easier to derail things, since Adam just outright messes with quite a bit simply be existing/improving things. Messing with the Darkness itself would specifically mess up quite a bit. Especially as there's so many plans that involve 'control the Darkness to do this'. Or have Heartless do specific actions, or have them be defeated by Keyblade Wielders.

It's also one of the things that would freak Adam out since he's very much anti-timetravel. And having a team consisting of one person multiple times via time travel shenanigans? It would freak him out even if it wasn't dangerous.

To try to put it more simply, Adam might end up sending Data about time travel incidents upstream. Or his presence might end up derailing KH-canon examples of time travel just by being himself.

First, i didn't want to quote your entire post.

Second, hypothetically speaking, the time travel would have Adam into account, and the Master of Masters future sight is based in what is keyblade((the keyblade has his eye)that Luxu has) would see, but you should find a more reliable source(His plan was to destroy the darkness forever...apparently...search for a more reliable source).

Third, my point is that time travel being dangerous and something he fears doesn't matter, Adam will just improvise, adapt and overcome, he will be scared at the beggining...and then derail everything into something better by obtaining time travel surpassing Merlin and more, i wouldn't be surprised if that happened.
Anyway, Adam will not destroy the KH-verse because that would mean that he messed up and was incapable of fixing his own mess, something that will not happen(unless the author throws a curve ball).

They have another kingdom heart(s) here (edit: adam), So I will assume that they can time travel, Meet future Adam of KH (or future Adam of worm/prime Adam) displeasure and get themselves erased for being too much of genocidal bastards.

Or be good kids and everything they wish for the gold ending happening.

Still my point Adam can put input/info/energy in the system. To the point I would not be surprised if when the final (final final final since KH) battle when said kingdom heart appear it has a BIGGER, MEANNER, ANGRIER and more capable of acting heart protecting that one. Adam heart.

In another notes, no one can convince me that jump docs are not doing 'sexy or other stuff' times with each other with materials and companions. Because something has to explain why they want companions if they waste that much power. and a human is complex as %$*¨$ (specially the brain). plus we got here two jump docs doing some kind of merge.

and toy story trying to send their entire cast as companions :D

Still those lewds docs sure tried their best (and worse) to put their hands on Adam.

Neat! Broken Adventure now meanders into a World of Worlds with a backstory almost as convoluted as its own.

I'm sorry, but nothing will ever top the cluster fuck that is KH lore. It includes multiple Final Fantasy's, before it even gets into its own plot.

A flow chart of what's going on would make Escher stop and go "damn".

In another notes, no one can convince me that jump docs are not doing 'sexy or other stuff' times with each other with materials and companions.

So my theory as I noted above, is them basically posting want ads. They can pick and price the perks and drawbacks to fish for a goal. Like the FF7 jump turned Sarah into a member of the nearly extinct species that is capable of talking to the planet, and gave the planet a champion capable of acting for it. And the draw back to afford it made her an enemy of Shinra, basically the only organization exploiting the planet on a large scale.

But if that's the case, the reverse is true as well. Boring jumps aren't actually boring, they just don't want YOU. Just like they can tailor the document to make some choices more likely, they can tailor the choices to make the document unappealing at all to an individual that isn't desirable.

Maybe your approach to the problem isn't the solution they want, maybe your power scale is inappropriate, maybe whatever cost is paid by local reality for your presence is to high. If the process involves the procreation of ROB's, maybe you already grew in a way its not interested in. If you jumped too many times already they might not care. The fewer jumps you've made the more impact that jump will have on you. Being somebody's first jump gives you a chance to seriously influence their growth. Being somebody's 50th's jump, not so much. So realities that need help (Serious help) want Sarah to visit and fix things, realities that are fairly stable are looking for the chance to help influence the growth of a new over-power and aren't interested in being visited by an established one like Sarah.

Another possibility is that the Jump Docs that Adam was seeing is the 'parent' Jump's jumpdoc. And the specific variant stuff hasn't been worked out. I could very easily see the Toy Story jump having 'unlocked' the options later on. But also having twists that have it slightly different. Applying its own equivalent of choice points to enticement options. Probably cheaper, based on how thematic it is to what is already there. Plus the Jumper also provides the main cost.

Whereas both the Corpse Bride and Osmosis Jones Jumps are different enough that the options would almost certainly be different. And it's very possible that it's actually one Jump there. Adam is just seeing it present two Jump Documents because either that's the closest equivalent to what it is as its own request isn't finished yet, or its using the 'broken' old to make it look unappealing. Or it could be just an eventual merging or just sharing information with the other. Like maybe the Corpse Bride Jump is providing an emergency solution to the other. Being a hint towards how Jump Cascades happen is also a possibility. Where it's Jumps combining with each other, but without enough time for them to be consolidated into one Jump. And even then, there's probably a limit.

That might also explain why some Jumps are wanting to be 'harvested'. It's less specifically for Jumpers/Warehouses, and more a general 'help' signal, one that's offering payment to get into a state that actually works/is stable. And likewise is enticing enough for Jumpers. Might be some hidden language/code that is in the jumpdocs. And that's only assuming that that's the only way they can send out information. Maybe there's a literal second layer of knowledge, or an alternative that Adam hasn't found yet.

Woo, Kingdom Hearts.

Maybe Adam can make Kairi into something other than a useless bit of plot advancement scenery. (Seriously, her whole contribution to KH3 seems to be
getting kidnapped and then stabbed purely to motivate Sora.
)

Hmm, since Adam's Shard very specifically does not have a Heart, he should be a Nobody.

It could also be the gem since it is noted that the Shard's purpose includes incarnating and bootstrapping new versions of Adam in whichever existence it finds itself within.

So theoretically the gem could be the Adam Shard with the Heartless being the current Adam incarnation.

I just recall it being a fun G rated game that linked up a lot of Disney properties and used generic black blobs as the bad guys.
The screams of millions of children sacrificed in a mutual murder-suicide death ritual at the behest of their Master a madman who happily shatters minds and souls inflicting endless trauma upon his victims in an eternal quest for immortality and ultimate power seem to echo at the pronouncement of Kingdom Hearts being a G-rated world.

(Yes, I know that it was rated it E for everyone to Pegi-12 depending on the game, but when you find out what really happened and is still happening. They Keyblade Graveyard is nightmarish...)

EDIT:: accidental double post, computer is glitching a bit.

This could be before anything happened in the series, even before the First Light.

It could be that Adam Shard is the thing that will become Kingdom Hearts and this is before the start of everything, the Darkness not knowing what he/it is, is very confusing if its any further in the series.
