Why do I imagine Jersey curled up in pajamas, eating ice cream from a gallon bucket, listening to "Hold The Line"?

Also, has no one thought about introducing Jersey to the joys of online shopping? Specifically, several 'toy stores' that would go a long way towards helping Jersey with her little...'problem'. ;) :D
That's not gonna happen. Mostly because miserable Jersey is funnier than lewd Jersey.

Eating ice cream from a gallon bucket is the norm when you've got the gluttony appetite of an Iowa.

For the sake of argument, how would I go about getting a banner ad?
(And would it really be worth it? seems like most of the KC fandom on SV's here already.)
Ask some of your fans with artistic or graphics talent to make you one? That's how I got a couple for A&T. Hardest part for me was just finding the original fanartist of the A/S image used for permission, which a little GIS solved, and a DeviantArt PM took care of.
"Hell yeah," said Jersey, "Girl's precious as fuck when she gets tired. Also, strong as hell. She kinda commandeered Hoel as a teddy bear."

"I'm sure Hoel didn't mind," said Crowning.

"She had no choice in the matter," said Jersey pointedly.
"HAAAAAALP!"
"Look," Jersey put one of her monstrously strong hands on his. "I know we're not a thing anymore. And if you want to say no, I won't hold it against you in the least. I'm… sure I can find someone who wants some of this amazing American Ass."
~raises his hand~
"No, it's—" Crowning coughed, caught off guard. "Kirishima and I are just friends."

"Fucking why though?" asked Jersey. "Have you seen her ass in that miniskirt? Mini-dess is hot as shit."

"Jersey, we—"

"Deny it," said Jersey. "Fucking deny it, bitch."
'Just friends'. Right. And 'Mini-dess' made me laugh. :D
And of course Jersey's a good wingman: She was built to escort fleet carriers! One nerdy shiplover isn't hard, after hustling around after Big E and her gang and keeping the IJN away.
"I'm going to regret this, aren't I?"

"Briefly," said Jersey. "But then you'll be too deep in inexplicably British-themed heaven to care."
Annnnd so did 'inexplicably British-themed heaven'. XD
Every inch of the cruiser's sunkissed skin was coated with a thick film of sweat, and she could barely tell where her body ended and the muggy Louisiana air began.
I fucking hated Fort Polk. She's not kidding, people. Summer there is like swimming through the air, it's so damn wet.

Better then 29 Palms though, right?
Eh, I only ever hit Fort Irwin, which admittedly is literally across the highway in the same desert, so I bet it's the same. And... yeah, Fort Polk was still nicer than Fort Irwin. Better PX, more fun in the FieldEx, and I got an award for kickass performance at Ft Polk that got me the 3 day pass that let me meet @LilithPrime, the future Mrs. Strype.

"It's a miracle you haven't railed the kessen out of her kantai yet,"
That's mine :D

Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After a heavy thunderstorm rolled through. It was difficult to breathe. I'm used to dry desert air. Not humidity 99% and not raining.

The mountains of West Virginia are about as bad as I've had. I was there in a tent for a week. And it rained a lot, to the point that we were putting cardboard down to avoid making everything into super thick mud.

99% humidity, no rain, and high 90s? Shit, that's Northwest Indiana during, what, July through September.

[EDIT] I always thought Indiana being bad was more "I don't know how the other side lives" before reading this, so thanks.

Until she gets a load of Crowning flirting with someone and gets JAF. :D

As for places I've been, Houston, TX in the summer is probably the worst. And try it when the only family transportation you have is a car with NO A/C and you can't roll the windows down. Whee...

Live in Nova Scotia, don't like the weather? Wait fifteen minutes. :p

Summer you can get temperatures of up to 40 Celcius and in winter -40 with windchill. Dry days, wet days, humid days, snowfall in fucking May. Hell, just this winter during we had one week of above zero temperatures only for the next week it to drop down to below minus twenty and then rise up to about zero.
