Again, not under shipgirl rules, but Abyssals don't follow shipgirl rules. If they did, we'd never have had to face Habbakuk as Northern Princess.

Great chapter! Loved the interaction between Jersey and Shinano. Of course there was just enough detail about the new abyssal threat to send us running down the path of educated guesses and speculation, without really giving anything away.

Estimates I've seen are 2,020 feet long, 267 feet wide, and 700,000 tons.

In other words, Akagi's appetite would be a starvation diet for this shipgirl, and poor Oyodo would have a massive aneurysm. :D
But ... but Gustav guns, on a ship, as in more mobile, as in able to bring the pain more effectively ... do the citizens REALLY need to eat?

Tirp-yss! birthing an H-series, could be anything from "Meh..." (39) to "That's a big ass demon..." (44)

A-Bismark! birthing her own goddamn fleet of U-boats? That's an "OH GOD WE'RE FUCKED!" situation...

There's dozens of them in her womb now, but that's normal for Abyssals. They'll whittle down to the strongest three-four by the time they're ready to be born.

Yikes. Won't be fun if they have to deal with that monster. Time to see if Musashi can upgrade to 20-inchers, get Nagato and Mutsu Kai-Ni-ed, and try to summon Wisky. Getting Jersey some nuclear-tipped shells probably wouldn't go amiss, either.
