I feel like noting Sara tanked nukes too. Generally accepted she would have survived the second one (at least to be beached) had she had a crew aboard to run damcon.

Moreover, the tests showed that people inside the ship would survive. Rather, survive the nuke. They'd be poisoned obviously, and would likely die soon enough.

Nevada survived a nuc hit without her crew aboard and then survived additional hits as being target practice for Iowa's battlegroup. Took a torpedo shoved up her ass to finally sink her. She survived a lot of shit. Was the only ship underway at Pearl and refused to be sunk so she beached herself. Also fought in both theaters of WW2. She was the only ship present at both Pearl and Normandy.
If any ship should be known as "Unsinkable" it's Nevada!

Pennsylvania also survived the nuclear tests. Her demise came as a result of her patched (but not repaired) torpedo damage, nearly three years after she was hit.
New York (sister ship of Texas) also weathered the bombs, to be sunk as a target for surface and air units off Hawaii.

All the Pearl Harbor girls who were combatants would probably have some issues, at one level or another.
On Pennsylvania's last refit, her shot out rifles were replaced with ones from USS Oklahoma. Six days after Hiroshima, 20 of her crew were killed in a torpedo attack. (Might be why Pennsy isn't moved by stories of atom bombs; they didn't do anything to save her boys.) She was determined to not be worth repairing, and then on her way back, she threw a shaft. They cut the prop loose, and she had to limp to her own execution on one screw.
Not really surprising she would have a few chips on her shoulder....
