You know, with all this talk about Kongo and well, dess.
I started to think. "If Kongo is MSSB personified... Then shouldn't there be something that 'personifies' Abyssal Spookiness?... an Anti-Dess?"
As I pondered that I became perturbed at the implications of such a thing....

I have one gif that sums up the train of thought pretty well.
Its also the same gif I use to summarize what happens to me when I think too much about everything that's known as has been implied, however vaguely, about Richardson's first wife...

Originally, it seemed like the late Mrs. Richardson died in some sort of accident (car crash?) but recently it seems to be implied that Mrs. Richardson was Langley. But a shipgirl dying in a car crash seems kinda implausible...perhaps more will be revealed soon; I imagine we'll see Chapter 250-300 before this thing is over.

Langley has been a mystery since she was first introduced. For a great many reasons actually, the big one be-*van'd*

Well, we have seen that Victory can act in ways that the more modern shipgirls cannot. More spiritually. It is possible that Langley's still around, but just hasn't gotten good enough at spooky Victory-like channeling of MSSB to communicate that way.

Returning to the topic of shipgirls and music, I fear what the aftermath is if the taffies ever discover Sabaton. More specifically, Midway.

My version of USS Downes.

• I kinda wanted to give her a 'shy' girl archetype and it stuck.
• Based her Marblehead from Pacific and it somehow worked well.
I ought to give her sister Cassin a go as well. Maybe Pennsy would finally calm down if she saw them alive and well?

Edit:These are some lines that I thought up when drawing her.
Equipment:
Torpedo tubes... not quite fond of it...
Secretary 1:
Cassin, what is it this ti-- Ah! Admiral, it's just you.
Under attack:
Fire, fire, fire! There's fire everywhere!
Sinking line:
Cassin... sister... are you there..?
