...Any potential we could work on making a super Tank Destroyer?
Cause having something that could deliver massive boom is something that looks like it will start becoming useful now.

UNDC already is having trouble with its supers in confined spaces like cities. Making a super tank destroyer is not a good answer. The way they dealt with the giant stone creatures was basically as optimal as it gets barring direct fire support from a bunker buster, because that gave them a way to maneuver the needed heavy weapon into position.

Not sure if it was already said, but what modifications of our AFV's are we using. Like what kind of leopard 2a7 are we using, cause they should have an APS, or what kind of Bradley because there is a big difference between the a1 and a3. Also, literally any modern tank will be essentially immune to an RPG unless hit on the roof, due to urban survival kits and APS systems, also what kind of ERA were we given, a Kontakt or Relikt system?

Below abstraction.

@BOTcommander How are we going with the dep[oyment of the Sentinel frigates? Considering the sea monster attacks, is ther a call for us to build a second Sentinel yard to get them produced more quickly?

There is a call for faster deployment, as well as more ships. The originally planned 60 ships will probably do well enough for this plan.

Faster deployment in my opinion probably means more than one yard working on one block at a time.
And it looks like they want more blocks than the already planned six.

At the current rate, provided we supply funding, all the requested frigates will finish building in eight turns or two years. Perhaps a bit long to ask countries to wait while sea monster nom on their shipping.
Though of course with an additional yard that time could be cut in half.

Personally I'm in favor of building more facilities at Ullapool like a Frigate and Megaship Yard as well as a Maintenance and Supply Naval Base. The more stuff at our HQ the better.

Be careful of being seen to favour 1 nation over others, as well as putting all your eggs into one basket.

Also, UNDC HQ is not at Ullapool. UNDC HQ is in Tokyo, Ullapool is the military HQ.

Every 6 months a set of frigates can be launched if you fund all your blocks, even with only 1 yard, and every block of frigates is 10 ships. People are complaining because the first 2 blocks aren't about expanding the UNDC's navy, they are about freeing up loaned ships and crews so they can return to national service, rather than the UNDC's.

As someone that's just read the updates for the most part, the clock ticking away before erupting into another major conflict zone seems clear to even me. The severity and time left aren't necessarily correct, but that's because it shouldn't be too difficult to use armored trains and other fortifications to establish a perimeter over important assets in the region

Although I think the real limiting factor will be "how much of the Amazon do we want to remain" more than anything else
It's been implied. The thread sort of delayed it by extending the testing period for incendiary rounds, but South America is going to war( despite the fact, it was an illegal harvesting operation).
Its been getting clearer and clearer that the forest spirits in the Amazon are gonna throw down sooner rather then later over the logging. Issue is that they are rather indiscriminate in who they target. The more forces and assets we have ready down there means less of a chance we have to napalm most of the rainforest.
I'm sceptical that there is a major escalation waiting in the wings, at least one caused by the Forest Spirits. Since none of you have noticed, the South America already has gone to war against the Forest Spirits and is already a major conflict zone with the Forest Spirits slowly, but steadily making ground. The fact that UNDC hasn't gotten caught up in it yet doesn't mean that things have already kicked off without us.

If there is going to be an escalation in South America, it will almost certainly be the UNDC getting actively involved in the conflict that has already started and turned into a major conflict/crisis. Well us or the USA as the UNDC's continued stance of not getting involved in the conflict against the Amazon forest spirits has the countries in the South America beginning to turn to the USA for help rather than UNDC.

Why are the Forest Spirits in South America winning didn't we develop incendiary weapons that the South American governments are using right now.

Why are the Forest Spirits in South America winning didn't we develop incendiary weapons that the South American governments are using right now.
None of the big boys such as the UNDC or USA have gotten seriously involved yet. We developed incendiary weapons, but we haven't been using them as we haven't been deploying in the Amazon yet.

I would like to see Merin's reaction of knowing not only Sokolov gets away with removing Torres but becomes the official second in command of the UNDC base on the votes so far so if Nobuo is in case absent she answers to him she must be frothing mad with that. That kinda makes the command structure like this:
UN Security Council
Director of the UNDC
Secretary of the UNDC Administration
Chiefs of Staff of the UNDC General Staff
Head of Security of DCSec

Oh she is not mad about this, because in 2018, either Sokolov becomes Director and one of the military candidates becomes Secretary or one of the Military candidates becomes Director and Sokolov stays Secretary. She has already accomplished the Council ruling that one of the position has to be held by a member of the UNDC military.

This is a list of region-specific infrastructure for the UNDC as of Q3 2015 that I have some up with via looking at the past updates. It doesn't include all of our infrastructure, just the infrastructure that is in a specific location rather than just generically being that. I have also included the category that the infrastructure is in. Anyway, North America is pretty empty while the United Kingdom, Asia, the Middle East are our main focus points.

First of all, thank you Oshha, but I have the completed projects in a spreadsheet, I just have not yet turned it into a nice Infopost. Second, small Reveal what recruiting the Airutans got you:
[]Airutan Hunter Equipment
The Airutan hunters have captured and killed monsters for probably centuries without access to military grade explosives and materials. By replicating their gear we can start training programs to train some of the ASR in their ways.
[]Monster Hunter Armor
Currently the ASR is still armored with fatigues and stab proof plate, something which only offers protection against the weakest of monster attacks. The Airutan Monster Hunters guild makes use of a much more sophisticated set of armor that wont do shit in a modern firefight, but should offer improved proections against claw-, blunt force- and bite-attacks.
Third, yes, you have much Infrastructure in the UK. Too much actually, most of it will be closed down again long term.

Didn't we buy up some factories producing one of the USAA products we chose when selecting our gear because the US Military didn't want it and the factories were basically dead weight? I want to say it was the Bradley but I can't remember ATM or one of the missiles.

Umm... Why would we close down perfectly functioning factories? Like I get that it looks kinda like favoritism since we basically payed the British Government for Cairngorm with those investments but I can't imagine whats the issue, Britain is an island so everything it makes can easily be taken to a port and it already sits on some big trade routes (as in the UK does a lot of trading) and it's also rather defendable, well maybe not considering those portals can apparently appear wherever they want IIRC.
Also whats the full version of the name the Supernatural have for Humans? I think Cairngorm used it before but it was only once and then it was just shortened to 'the Children'.

1. The generic factories dont have a fixed location.
2. I am talking about the three ports and airports you have on that island if you count the HQ facilities.

So something else hostile in good condition is activating?

Third, yes, you have much Infrastructure in the UK. Too much actually, most of it will be closed down again long term.

So if having too many factories in one particular area causes political tension and loss of approval from other nations, can we make choices to build them in different locations? For example the options listed for Frigate Yard Construction are Ullapool and Hong Kog, both of which have plenty of factories already. Could options to build Frigate Yards in other locations such as India or South America be valid?

It's less factories and more the quantity of docks and airports.

Q4 2015

The Next Arrivals

Early this quarter the UNDC got a message from the Supernatural Investigation Division branch operating in India. Following a spike in ambient magic observed by local universities, 13 thousand people in unfamiliar clothing with carts, cattle herds and a full on tent city appeared practically overnight in one of the northern regions. The Administration quickly deployed linguists to the region for a possible first contact. The new arrivals were not receptive to communication attempts, keeping the teams at bay with warning shots from what appeared to be bolt thrower weapons. The possibility of further hostility was noted and with no UNDC peacekeeping units available to be deployed, the task of maintaining the peace was left to the Indian government.
Problems began shortly after the first units had been sent to observe the situation, when the arrivals began sending armed patrols outside the immediate perimeter of their camp city, what started as just taking the available crops on nearby fields quickly turned into looting with the military presence and police unable to confront them in sufficient numbers everywhere. Despite protests from local officials, police and military maintained a peaceful stance for as long as they could, but as reinforcement units arrived, they received the order to no longer tolerate hostile action. The first actual combat engagements began only shortly after, with wounded and dead on both sides. For now the situation seems to have cooled down again, but the UNDC worries about insufficient quarantine measures and that either earthborn- or arrival-diseases could make the jump to the other and lead to a humanitarian crisis.

Space Contractor
Increased investment in space infrastructure all around the world has finally led to the establishment of the first US based private launch contractors. Having collected a lot of investment capital with big promises, it is up in the air if they will be able to deliver on them long term. (+1 Orbital Org Die)

Infrastructure (3 Dice (2 Admin Cap), 3 Org Dice (1 Admin Cap)): +27
[]Rail and Road Expansion (Phase 6)
Road and rail remain the unloved children of logistics, not as fast as air, not as efficient as shipping, they are nevertheless important and capable of moving large amounts of cargo between UNDC locations, with the added bonus of being free infrastructure for whatever nation they were constructed in.
(25/145 30 Resources per Die)(Logistics +6)(+3 CS)

[]Logistical Airport Construction
While every UNDC airport will be able to both host and service combat aircraft the primary use of these sites will be the transport and transfer of cargo and personnel.
-[](Write-in Country or "QM", for QM's discretion)(Requires one Die + 60 Resources)(Logistics +2, Maintenance +1, Security -1)
-[]Buenos Aires (Requires one Die + 15 Resources)(Logistics +2, Maintenance +1, Security -1)

[]Maintenance and Supply Air Base Expansion
Planes and jets are maintenance hungry machines that require the right infrastructure, facilities and experts to service them. Access to sufficient facilities can greatly enhance the effectiveness of UNDC operations in the region.
-[]Hong Kong (66/90 50 Resources per Die)(Maintenance +4, Logistics -2)(Can use Military Dice)

[]Logistical Port Construction
While ships are the most efficient way to transport goods they require supporting infrastructure, docks, loading cranes and refueling stations, to do their work. Constructing additional ports to serve as terminal points in the UNDC logistical network will support the auxiliary fleet.
-[](Write-in Country/City or "QM", for QM's discretion)(0/80 40 Resources per Die)(Security -1, Logistics +2)(Increases Logistics from Cargo Ships)

[]Maintenance and Supply Naval Base Expansion
UNDC ports in strategic useful positions can easily be expanded both in strategic value and direct use by building additional docks and piers to resupply and perform extensive maintenance on naval vessels.
-[]Mumbai (MilHQ) (0/180 40 Resources per Die)(Maintenance +6, Logistics -3, Security -1)(Can use Military Dice)

Industry (3 Dice (2 Admin Cap), 4 Org Dice (1 Admin Cap)): +22
[]Replacement Part Factories (Last Stage)
The next stage of Replacement Part factories aims to increase the supply of electronic components like logic boards for firing computers and other computer components.
(9/300 50 Resources per Die)(Maintenance +10, Logistics -6, Security -3)

[]Industrial Exoskeleton Deployment
The now fully completed and outsourced cable powered exoskeleton contraption promises great improvements on construction and heavy industrial and maintenance work in terms of both reduction of hazards and increases in productivity.
-[]Maintenance Crews(0/125 60 Resources per Die)(Maintenance -3, Logistics -2)(Increases Maintenance Yields from certain projects, increases RpD and Logistics cost of these projects)

[]Fuel Extraction and Refining Expansion (Phase 9)
While some advanced fuel infrastructure is in place, it is far from enough. The UNDC will need more pumps, pipelines and refineries to achieve fuel independence.
(22/150 40 Resources per Die)(Fuel +10, Logistics -3, Security -2)

[]UNDC Auxiliary Ship Fleet (Phase 4)
Transport via sea remains the most effective and cost efficient, but also the slowest, way of bulk shipping. To transport tanks, troops and supplies across the globe in strategically relevant amounts, the UNDC will need to increase their fleet.
(9/125 120 Resources per Die)(Logistics +16, Maintenance -3, Fuel -3)

[]Utility Vehicle Production Complexes (Can use Military Dice)
Apart from ships there is also the need for vehicles and aircraft to supply the growing needs of the global army. Multi Use production complexes, more similar to small industrial cities, have been proposed to support the construction and maintenance of further expansion of the UNDC utility car and plane pool.
-[](Write-in Country/City or "QM", for QMs discretion)(0/150 50 Resources per Die)(Logistics -3, Maintenance +1, Security -1)(Increases RpD of Utility Vehicle Projects, but reduces Progress cost)

[]UNDC Auxiliary Plane Fleet (Phase 3)
Air shipping has become more and more important in the last few decades. While expensive compared to other options, it is also the fastest, able to transport cargo and passengers across the whole world in mere hours.
(21/75 160 Resources per Die)(Logistics +20, Maintenance -3, Fuel -8)

Service (3 Dice (2 Admin Cap), 2+1 Org Die (1 Admin Cap)): +17
[]Magical Creature Capture Efforts
The SID keeps track of magical creature sightings all around the world to see if and when these creatures could become a problem that would require deployment of the ASR. With the new capture teams the UNDC could attempt to capture some of these monsters alive for study.
(0/100 10 Resources per Die)(+3 CS)

[]UNDC Veteran Care Office
Military veterans in modern times are among the most disenfranchised. The trauma and experiences of the military machine and war make reintegration into civilian life and jobs difficult. The UNDC can help with this process by offering them an ear for their or their families' issues, and resources for additional support.
(0/150 20 Resources per Die)(Health -2, Security -1, -100 yearly budget)

[]Recruitment Centers (Last Stage)
With the Security Council set to pull its personnel support from the UNDC in two years, Defense Command will need to expand its recruiting efforts. A final expansion of the recruiting stations to cover the nations that previously shifted personnel to the UNDC will keep it well supplied with candidates.
(42/200 20 Resources per Die)

[]Magic Detector Refit
The original Ongstrean Detector is utilized in the hundreds at UNDC RnD sites across the world, but it is limited by its size. Refitting these sites with the smaller ODA Mk II will guarantee the UNDC has the facilities to stay ahead.
(0/175 60 Resources per Die)

[]Medical Air Transport Network
Setting up a medical air transport network will require a lot of aircraft and -port capacity, but it should be worth it to quickly relocate both trained medical staff and wounded around the world in a matter of hours.
(0/100 20 Resources per Die)(Medical Capacity +5, Logistics -5)

[]Increased Retrovirus Development Funding
Vahlen is making progress on her genetic engineering project, but without additional project funding there won't be a working version before 2017.
(0/100R)

Orbital (3 Org Dice): +16
[]Orbital Surveillance Constellation (Phase 1)
Satellites using high resolution optical and infrared cameras to gather intelligence have been in use since the cold war. With the increased scope of UNDC military operations, the time has come for the UNDC to establish their own satellite constellation dedicated towards that task for both military and security purposes.
(48/75 100 Resources per Die)(Orbital Bandwidth -3, Security +4)(Priority: Army, Navy, Air Force, DCSec)

[]Targeting Satellite Constellation
Modern cruise and other long range missiles can update their target trajectories in real time. By linking up the targeting systems with an orbital radar constellation, target acquisition and tracking can be improved considerably.
(0/250 100 Resources per Die)(Orbital Bandwidth -8)

[]Orbital Communications Constellation (Phase 3)
Simple radio receiver-sender satellites are the lifeblood of orbital and global communications. If properly networked in large numbers they can enable almost untraceable communication from one point of the earth to another.
(12/75 100 Resources per Die)(Logistics +2, Orbital Bandwidth +8)

Military (4 Dice (2 Admin Cap), 4+1 Org Dice (1 Admin Cap)): +34
[]Basic Training Infrastructure
If the UNDC wants to maintain a steady supply of soldiers it needs to train its recruits well. A collection of isolated training camps, these facilities have the space and accommodations to teach the skills and instill the discipline soldiers need.
(0/125 20 Resources per Die)(Logistics ---, Ammo -, Medical Cap - -)

[]Caseless Ammunition Experiment Program(Disappears after Q4 2017)
Caseless ammunition is a weapon-cartridge that eliminates the case that typically holds the primer, propellant and projectile together as a unit. Some projects have been undertaken in the closing stages of the cold war, but since then the technology has been put on ice due to the high costs involved in maturing the technology.
(0/75 80 Resources per Die)(Experts -2)(Dice used here require 1 less Admin Cap)

Ground Forces
[]Armed Train Development Program
Armed trains are not a new idea. Effective air power capable of destroying the rail network's ability to field these trains have stopped all but the most incidental use, but Merin reckons that the South American forest spirits lack the ability to do much against a train hauling wagons equipped with tank and artillery cannons, grenade launchers and flamethrowers, which would make it easier to establish and maintain a perimeter the spirits can't move beyond.
(0/50 40 Resources per Die)(Experts - -)

[]MRK Deployment (Stage 3 Security Forces)(+10 from contractors(1 F))
The MRK was the result of a program to replace the current combat trucks of the US armed forces. With a 20 ton on-road and a 15 ton off-road payload, it has the capacity to carry whatever the mission requires.
(100RpD 60/85 (Fuel +1, Maintenance +1))
(Stage 4 Peacekeeping Forces 0/250 (Fuel +3, Maintenance +3, Medical Capacity +1))
(Stage 5 Reserve 0/85)(+1 CS)

[]Enok Deployment (Stage 3 Security Forces)(+10 from contractors(1 F))
The ENOK is a lightweight, armored patrol vehicle that can carry up to 6 passengers.
(100RpD 39/65)(Fuel +1, Maintenance +1, Medical Capacity +1)
(Stage 4 Peacekeeping Forces 0/125 (Fuel +2, Maintenance +2, Medical Capacity +1))
(Stage 5 Reserve 0/45)(+1 CS)

[]Osprey Helicopter Deployment (Stage 3 Military Expansion)(+10 from contractors(1 F))
The Osprey is an American multi-mission, tiltrotor military aircraft with both vertical takeoff and landing and short takeoff and landing capabilities.
(150RpD 34/50)(Logistics +2, Fuel -1, Maintenance -2)
(Stage 4 Peacekeeping Forces 0/150 (Logistics +6, Fuel -6, Maintenance -6, Medical Capacity +1))
(Stage 5 Reserve 0/65)(+1 CS)

[]Galil Ace Deployment (Stage 3 Military Expansion)
With most of the rifles in use by the UNDC already chambered for NATO calibers, deploying the Galil out across the whole force won't change the supply situation much and is more for appearance and publicites sake.
(157/210 60 Resources per Die)(Ammo +1)
(Stage 4 Peacekeeping Forces 0/625 (Maintenance +3, Ammo +3))
(Stage 5 Reserve 0/210)(+2 CS)

[]Infantry Gear Deployment (Stage 2 Military Expansion)(+10 from contractors(1 F))
With intercompatibility between sets of infantry gear being less of an issue aside from ammunition, re-equipping the military expansion will only have a negligible projected effect on logistics.
(71/150 100 Resources per Die)(Ammo +1)
(Stage 3 Security Forces 31/150)(Ammo +1)
(Stage 4 Peacekeeping Forces 0/450 (Ammo +3))
(Stage 5 Reserve 0/150)(+2 CS)

[]Leopard 2A7 Deployment (+13 from contractors(1 F))
The UNDC has over five thousand tanks from various generations, militaries and ages in use. Switching them all to common design will greatly simplify supplying and servicing these hungry machines.
(142/250 200 Resources per Die)(Maintenance +1, Ammo +3, Fuel +2)

[]Mastodon Expansion
With the Mastodon having rather spectacularly proven its worth, the ground forces have thrown out their plans for a future tank force in favor of replacing a portion of the MBTs with the new heavy tank model. The downside of the new tank's prowess is the increased cost in fuel and the maintenance it requires.
(0/100 200 Resources per Die)(Maintenance -7, Ammo -6, Fuel -6)

[]Patria APC Deployment (Stage 2 Military Expansion)
The goal of the second stage of deploying the new APC is to re-equip the expansion forces to the level where they can reinforce the current fighting forces. By switching to a unified design, strain on the logistical system should be reduced somewhat.
(171/200 160 Resources per Die)(Logistics +2, Maintenance -3, Fuel -2)
(Stage 3 Security Forces 0/150)(Logistics +2, Maintenance -3, Fuel -2)
(Stage 4 Peacekeeping Forces 0/600 (Logistics +6, Maintenance -8, Fuel -6))
(Stage 5 Reserve 0/200)(+4 CS)

[]Bradley Deployment (Stage 3 Peacekeeping Forces)(+17 from contractors(1 F))
IFVs are troop transports with the capability to provide direct fire support in combat situations. Not many of the Task Force's IFVs survived the Middle East Wars and the plan is to massively restock with the force expansion.
(17/125 (Maintenance -2, Ammo -1))
(Stage 5 Reserve 0/50)(+2 CS)

[]Arbalète Deployment (Stage 2 Military Expansion)(+17 from contractors(1 F))
The Arbalète is a modern artillery system on a wheeled platform with close infantry support in mind. It will come in handy in replacing the diverse pool of current UNDC artillery vehicles.
(111/210 90 Resources per Die)(Ammo -6, Maintenance -3, Fuel -3)
(0/75 Stage 3 Reserve)

[]Frankfurt Tank Shell Plant
A factory dedicated to the production of APFSDS and HEAT munitions for Leopard 2 and Mastodon tanks.

[]St Petersburg Reactive Armor Complex
A complex for the production of Reactive Armor panels utilized by UNDC armored vehicles.
(0/150 50 Resources per Die)(Maintenance +6, Logistics -4, Security -1)

[]Rifle Factory
With the number of contractors capable of manufacturing the Galil Ace more limited compared to the other contractors, increasing the UNDCs own production capacity will be important for a quick rollout of the assault rifle.

-[]Shanghai (0/100 50 Resources per Die)(Logistics -2, Security -1)(Increases per Die cost but reduces progress cost)

[]Tank Factories
Main Battle Tanks are among the more expensive single items in the Ground Forces arsenal. UNDC owned factories would not only speed up deployment, but also enable production of the in-development Mastodon.
-[]Oslo (Requires one Die + 50 Resources per Die)(Logistics -2, Maintenance +1, Security -1)(Increases per Die cost but reduces progress cost)
-[]Rotterdam (Requires one Die + 50 Resources per Die)(Logistics -2, Maintenance +1, Security -1)(Increases per Die cost but reduces progress cost)

[]APC Factory
Part of the procurement deal was giving the UNDC the license to produce the Patria APC in-house. Constructing our own factories not only enables us to roll out what is arguably one of the largest mechanization projects in modern history, but also will serve us well for producing and rolling out future upgrades for the platform.

Air Force
[]Universal Drone Command Module Codevelopment (Write-in)
The Air Force has a proposal for a container sized setup that can be easily transported anywhere and be used to control a number of UAVs from.
(0/55 70 Resources per Die)(Dice used here require 1 less Admin Cap)(Priority: Air Force)

[]Digital Cockpit Upgrade Codevelopment (Write-in)
Because the completion of the Eurohawk is still a while off and because Wu expects it to take even longer before the UNDC combat aircraft have been replaced with it, he has proposed the development of a modernisation package for the existing aircraft, adding improved digital control surfaces and controllers.
(0/60 80 Resources per Die)

[]ASM/AGM Missile Factories (Phase 2)
In addition to bombs, air-to-surface and air-to-ground missiles further enhance the Airforce capabilities. While being more expensive, they fill a different niche, being a mixture of more accurate, longer range, better tracking, or just in the form of pods of unguided rockets.
(6/125 50 Resources per Die)(Ammo +5, Logistics -3, Security -1)

[]Aerial Bomb Factories (Phase 2)
The arsenal of the UNDC Airforce contains a large number of both guided and unguided aerial bombs. The increase of the carrier based air force requires an additional increase of bomb production.
(0/125 50 Resources per Die)(Ammo +3, Logistics -2, Security -1)

Navy
[]VTOL Recon Drone Codevelopment (Write-in)
The sentinels capabilities would be greatly increased by a remote controlled UAV for recon purposes. Since it does not have the space to allow a MaQue to take off, another design is needed.
(0/40 80 Resources per Die)(Dice used here require 1 less Admin Cap)

[]DEW-Point Defense Development Program
The Experimental Program has born fruit and completed a functioning prototype. Based on a liquid-helium medium, the size, weight, power and cooling requirements however mean the only platforms that could support it are stationary or navy vessels. It will require more work to integrate the laser and the needed support systems into a functioning PD-system.
(51/75 80 Resources per Die)(Dice used here require 1 less Admin Cap)

[]Artillery Railgun System Development Program
Over the last months the experimental group has ironed out most failures of the railgun concept and produced a working prototype. However, a gun firing only kinetic penetrators is of little use to a ship mounted weapon and as such a new type of ammunition, one with internal and satellite guidance and maneuver capabilities is one half of the program while the other one is refining the railgun system for use on a naval vessel.

[]Sentinel Frigate ASW-Refit (Write-in Contractor)
The Sentinel is a capable ship, but with the emergence of biological underwater threats the Straz may not have the required numbers to adequately search for these. The UNDC anticipated that it might have to use the Sentinels for more than just anti piracy work, but it is lacking in Ospreys fitted for ASW duties and the sonar system may need to be improved to find the creatures. All the UNDC really needs to do is determine which of its suppliers it wants to draw from, as any already deployed ships will be upgraded as they come in for maintenance, while ships under construction will have these changes integrated during construction.
(0/120 50 Resources per Die)(Maintenance -2)
[]Sentinel Frigate Deployment (Currently 0 free frigate yards)
The Sentinel frigate is the perfect peacekeeping and patrol ship for the modern time, although perhaps an overspecialised one. Foregoing guided or heavy weapons, Sentinels focus on speed and smaller arms to keep oceans free of pirates, smugglers and other small scale threats.

[]Frigate Yard Construction
With most of the current UNDC yards prepped for maintenance, repair, cargo transfer and resupplying, completely new yards will need to be built first for in-house construction, upgrades and refits. At 150 meters these ships will be on the smaller side, but each one still represents a major military infrastructure and industrial project, requiring multiple facilities worth of construction, storage and assembly halls as well as cranes and other auxiliary machinery.
-[]Hong Kong (0/100 50 Resources per Die)(Logistics -2, Maintenance +2, Security-1)(Requires at least one Industry Die)

[]Megaship Yard Construction
With most of the current UNDC yards busy with maintenance, repair, cargo transfer and resupply, completely new yards will need to be built first for in-house construction, upgrades and refits of the UNDC's warships. With a length of 400 meters, these yards are meant to build the biggest ships the UNDC could need. Each one is a colossal military infrastructure and industrial project, requiring multiple facilities worth of construction, storage and assembly halls as well as cranes and other auxiliary machinery.

[]Naval Artillery Shell Production Complexes (Phase 2 Final Phase for now)
Naval guns have not changed much since the end of the second World War. Usually multi-purpose, they are built to fire a variety of shells for anti-aircraft defense, anti-ship combat, and shore bombardment fire support, though those roles have largely been taken over by guided missiles.
(0/100 50 Resources per Die)(Ammo +4, Logistics -3, Security -2)

[]CIWS Munitions Plants (Phase 1)
Close-in-weapon-systems are close range point defense weapons meant to destroy incoming missiles and enemy aircraft. There are two types: A gun-based CIWS uses rapid-firing cannons placed on a rotating turret. Missile-based CIWSs use either infra-red, passive radar/ESM, or semi-active radar terminal guidance to guide missiles to the targeted enemy aircraft or other threats.
(0/100 50 Resources per Die)(Ammo +4, Logistics -3, Security -2)

[]Vertical Launch Munitions Assembly Plants (Phase 2 Final Phase for now)
Cruise missiles are guided missiles that remain in the atmosphere and fly the major portion of its flight path at approximately constant speed. Cruise missiles are designed to deliver a large warhead over long distances with high precision. Modern cruise missiles are capable of traveling at supersonic or high subsonic speeds, are self-navigating, and are able to fly on a non-ballistic, extremely low-altitude trajectory.

Security Forces
[]Security Review(Write-in Category)
While currently not clear who would want to infiltrate the UNDC it is clear that doing so is certainly a prospect to some actors to gain insight into the day to day operations of the organization. A full security review of one department of operations can mitigate or discover infiltration, however it will take a significant amount of effort.

[]Magic Detector Security Upgrade
With the reduced size of the Ongstrean Detector it is feasible to outfit DCSec units across the world with a mobile unit for various uses.
(0/150 60 Resources per Die)(Maintenance -, Logistics -)

[]Sticky Foam Development
Sticky Foam is the official name of a two substance reactive agent developed by UNDC scientists that hardens rapidly once mixed together and exposed to air. The current idea is to utilize the foam via sprayers to incapacitate enemy combatants or creatures, but for this the formula will need to be adjusted and refined and a proper delivery system developed.
(0/50 40 Resources per Die)(Dice used here require 1 less Admin Cap)

[]Airutan Hunter Equipment Development
The Airutan hunters have captured and killed monsters for probably centuries without access to military grade explosives and materials. By replicating their gear we can start training programs to train some of the ASR in their ways.
(0/40 40 Resources per Die)(Dice used here require 1 less Admin Cap)

[]Monster Hunter Armor Development
Currently the ASR is still armored with fatigues and stab proof plate, something which only offers protection against the weakest of monster attacks. The Airutan Monster Hunters guild makes use of a much more sophisticated set of armor that wont do shit in a modern firefight, but should offer improved protections against claw-, blunt force- and bite-attacks.

[]Convene with Cairngorms Spirits for assistance (Write-in topic or question, needs to be approved by QM, assistance may be cryptic or outright denied)
(Requires one Die)(Leads to vote on whether or not to accept their terms)

[]Gear Up Security Forces
Recent events have put doubt on the ability of the Defense Command Security Division to keep the organization safe with current equipment. While certainly controversial, giving DCSec access to heavier military equipment would certainly make them more able to repel threats.
(Requires one Die)(Leads to vote, some options will cost CS)

[]Pressure the Council to nominate a new Navy Chief of Staff
The current situation is not the time for political maneuvering, we need someone in command of the UNDC navy fast.
(5 DC per Die)(DC 50/100/150/200)

[]Negotiate Iridium/Osmium Allocation
If the UNDC wants to have guaranteed access to the world's production and stockpiles, the organization will need to start early to negotiate that access given that both metals will see a spike in demand.
(DC 150/250/350)

[]Expert Recruitment
With the necessary Infrastructure in place, the UNDC administration can begin targeted hiring efforts for engineers, physicists, doctors and other skilled professions the organization requires.
(10 Resources per Die)(DC 40/80/120/160)

[]Plan UNDC Space Lift Capabilities
Before the actual work on a UN space program can begin, a lot of things need to be planned.

Good showing there, Indian army guys, you've got machine guns, grenades, armored vehicles and aircraft, couldn't even take on a bunch of scrubs with crossbows.
