Now that would be epic. Especially if the Digimon is Myostiomon. Or any vampire related Digimon.
I was thinking something less vampire related so as to make the fight feel more out there
But maybe we could go with Myotismon, depending on how powerful he is, cause I checked his wiki and one of his prior forms is Devimon, and if I remember correctly, wasn't that guy a very powerful villain in the first Digimon anime?

Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm mainly trying to find a rookie level digimon, so that the Digidestined agent can evolve it into a more powerful form for the fight like in the original show

I can hopefully make the fight more fair by interpreting the hypnotizing effect as more a suggestion thing, possibly brought out by SUPERSTARMON'S sheer coolness, nothing absolute, just enough to maybe trip up somebody who doesn't have a strong enough will
It also apparently counts as a normal lazer blast in the wiki too
